House that creates unique handmade products
for multi-faceted, intellectual and sophisticated
women who want to make a statement.

Yara Bashoor handbags are made of the highest
quality natural materials that are meticulously
crafted by highly-skilled artisans in a small,
family-owned workshop in Hong Kong.

The designer works closely with these craftspeople
to create season-less luxury items boasting

simplicity and durability that can be passed down
from generation to generation.

produced American alligator, ostrich and lambskin.

ABOUT YARA BASHOOR

YARA BASHOOR is a Miami-based designer who creates unique
handmade products for the multi-faceted, intellectual and
sophisticated individual.

Yara Bashoor graduated from the University of Miami School of
Architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture and subsequently from
Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with a
Juris Doctor.

Her diverse experiences come into play in the products she designs.
Her pieces are characterized by an architectural, sculptural form that
is both vintage and contemporary, with meticulous attention to detail.
Architects Zaha Hadid and Frank Gehry are both inspirations to Yara
because of the way they challenged existing conventions and are a
recognizable part of Miami’s architectural landscape. Yara seeks to
achieve the same impact with her designs, becoming a staple of
Miami and its local community.

Yara works closely with highly-skilled artisans in a small, family-owned
workshop in Hong Kong on the production of every new design, with
the knowledge that she is creating a timeless, season-less luxury item
boasting simplicity and durability that can be passed down from
generation to generation.

She is also an active member of Miami’s community, and is involved in
a number of non-profit organizations such as Human Rights Watch
and the Bass Museum.

Yara Bashoor is multi-cultural, born in Los Angeles to a Colombian
immigrant mother and an American father. She is very close to her
family and values personal relationships. She is adventurous and
loves to fly as she is also a private pilot. Her home is in South Florida
where she grew up.
