1. Review the role of the School Counseling Department
2. Review appropriate behaviors for interactions and learning in HS.
3. Review peer and adult support systems available during the HS transition.
Materials:
Kahoot, Video, Ipads
Procedure:
1. Greet students
2. Divide students into teams
3. Play introductory video
4. Play Kahoot.
5. Discuss questions on Kahoot as a group after each one.
6. Review
Plan for Evaluation: How will each of the following be collected?
Process Data: Log the number of lessons completed.
Perception Data: Students will answer questions on Kahoot.
Outcome Data: Number of students accessing School Counseling Department Services will increase by 5%.
Follow-Up: Quarterly Classroom lessons.

1. Review gradution requirements.
2. Review credit checks.
3. Review credits earned and plan for graduation requirements to be met.
Materials:
Transcripts, Credit Check Sheets, Graduation Requirement Sheets
Procedure:
1. Greet students
2. Pass out individual transcripts, credit check sheets, and graduation requirement sheets
3. Review graduatin requirements
4. Explain to the students how to complete their own graduation credit checks
5. Allow students to work on the credit checks independently
6. Review individual credit checks and complete graduation agreements with students
Plan for Evaluation: How will each of the following be collected?
Process Data: Log the number of lessons completed and the number of agreements completed.
Perception Data: Students will complete graduation check sheets.
Outcome Data: Number of students completing credit sheets correctly will be 80% after the lesson.
Follow-Up: Spring registration lessons.
