ABOUT BECOMING AN APN LICENSEE

WHAT IS AN ASSIST PROPERTY NETWORK LICENSE?

Assist Property Network (APN) is linked with qualified mortgage brokers, financial
advisors and fully licensed builders like you.

Besides this, we have a network of building advisors, marketing team leaders and
marketing executives – which is growing all the time and will be active in your territory
to bring you in the builds we are promising.

Our marketing skills are exemplary. We create and produce a range of marketing
materials and promote directly to the public. We go where the people are, net interested
home purchasers and investors who are then followed up by phone and one-on-one
appointments with an experienced APN marketing executive.

In these meetings prospective clients are introduced to the APN system as we:

• Qualify their interest in a new home or investment property
• Determine the area they prefer to build in
• Determine their budget: land/house
• Ascertain time-line
• Introduce them to our mortgage broker service
• Introduce them to a range of home designs
• Introduce them to the builder holding the APN license in their territory.

WE GO WHERE THE SOURCE IS

WE LOOK AT VENUES WHERE PEOPLE GATHER,
WHERE THEY WILL TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN,
HAVE A CHAT ABOUT THEIR HOME BUILD OR
INVESTMENT DREAMS

We offer them incentives, have giveaways for the kids and pro-actively gather
the details of your prospective customers. Within a few days these customers
are telephoned and appointments are made, prospective clients are visited
and the hard-working APN system is underway.

The client is contacted by the mortgage broker and once we know there is a
borrowing capacity, loan pre-approval is sought.

We assist the client with sourcing land and before you know it you are
introduced to the client who is ready to discuss their home build and what you
can do for them.

It’s not complicated, it’s streamlined and the Assist Property Network will give
you a steady source of clients and income. It’s all in the way we operate and
we are looking for builders like you, who want to really increase their work-flow
and of course, bottom line.

REQUIREMENTS TO HOLD AN APN LICENSE

WE ONLY ACCEPT MASTER BUILDERS WHO HAVE
THE CAPACITY TO BUILD AN ADDITIONAL
12 HOUSES (OVER AND ABOVE CURRENT BUILDING
CONTRACTS) PER YEAR WITH A MINIMUM
ALLOWABLE ANNUAL TURNOVER (AATO)
FROM THE QBCC OF $3,000,000

In many cases the Assist Property Network may secure for the Builder more than
12 builds per year. We do allow Builders to appoint sub-licensees by approval and
agreement with the Assist Property Network.

You will be a reputable and fully qualified Master Builder, licensed with the QBCC.
As the holder of an APN Territory License, we expect all builders and those who
work for or represent them, to behave courteously to clients and others at all times,
and present themselves in a neat and appropriate manner.

We expect APN signage and fence banner mesh to be displayed on all builds that
have been introduced to the builder through the APN network.

It is the responsibility of an APN Territory Licensee to represent the APN Network
professionally and respectfully at all times.

WHAT DOES MY TERRITORY ENTAIL?

AS A LICENSED APN TERRITORY HOLDER,
YOU WILL RECEIVE RECEIVE ALL SALES GENERATED
IN THAT TERRITORY UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED
TO IN WRITING WITH THE ASSIST PROPERTY NETWORK

You may not build APN generated builds outside of your territory, unless agreed by
the Assist Property Network and the APN Licensed Territory Holder in the territory
where that build is to take place.

You may however, undertake building generated through your own marketing
system, outside of your APN licensed territory.

CHOOSE YOUR TERRITORY

IN BRISBANE NORTHERN SUBURBS THERE ARE
THREE TERRITORIES:

REDCLIFFE/CABOOLTURE
The Territory from the tip of Bribie Island in the north, through to Donnybrook and
Caboolture. The edge of Mount Mee and Dayboro in the west right across to the
coastline in the east and down to Kallangur and across to the Hornibrook Bridge
and Clontarf in the south.

Post code range is 4019, 4020, 4021, 4022, 4503, 4504, 4505, 4506, 4507, 4508,
4509, 4510, 4511, 4512, 4521.

SANDGATE/CHERMSIDE
The Territory starts at the southern end of the Hornibrook bridge across to the coastline
in the east. It stretches down to the Brisbane River and across as far as Mt Coot-tha and
Everton Park in the West, right up to Bald Hills and Pine River in the north.

Post code range is 4004, 4005, 4006, 4007, 4008, 4009, 4010, 4011, 4012, 4013,
4014, 4017, 4018, 4030, 4031, 4032, 4034, 4036, 4051, 4053, 4059, 4060, 4064.

STRATHPINE/ SAMSON VALLEY
The Territory starts at the northern tip with Petrie across to Bald Hills in the East.
It travels down to Enoggera Reservoir in the south and across to Highvale
in the east and up to Lake Samsonvale.

4502, 4520, 4740

HOW LONG IS MY LICENSE FOR?

YOUR APN LICENSE IS FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS

You will receive your license renewal notification 30 days prior to its expiration date.
If it is agreed that the license be extended, a renewal fee of $2,500 will be payable
before commencement of the next license period.

THE APN LICENSE AGREEMENT

THE APN LICENSE AGREEMENT HAS BEEN WRITTEN
TO PROTECT BOTH PARTIES

Please read this Agreement carefully and come back to us with any questions or concerns.
All fees are payable on invoice, preferably by EFT. APN fees are inclusive and there
are no additional charges other than those stated in the License Agreement for:

• License fee
• Introduction fee
• Marketing fee
• Renewal fee.

The Assist Property Network will inform APN Licensed Builders of any further marketing
concepts, strategies or new business ideas, and may, at the discretion of the
Assist Property Network board, invite current licensees to become involved in the new
business ideas. It will be entirely up to the APN licensee if they wish to do this or not.
