Drivers & PA’s- New “Banned” field


This allows you to mark a Driver or Attendant as Banned from working, it is a new field in the Driver and Attendant form:

Drivers & PA – New Timeline option “End a Crew”


It is now possible to do an exception that cancels both the Driver and the Attendant at the same time.

Driver Status Checks – setting the Orange & Red Warning Settings

This system allows you to set, for each Licence/Test/Training Course etc – what the red and Orange flag dates are for managing these re-takes
and renewals

In the Lookups Form there are fields for Red Warning days and Orange warning days.

New Web Form for “Temporary” drivers who want to work for you


Providers are always looking for qualified drivers to work for them. This new form allows any driver to apply very quickly and simply to work
for you and to leave their details and their availability.

Edit Drivers and Attendants on Routes – new Summary Tab & Owner field as standard


In the forms “Edit Drivers on Routes” and “Edit Attendants on Routes” every single day is displayed as standard for each route. This means
that there can be 5 entries for every single route – lots and lots of records. Some of our clients asked us if we can do a “Summary” to just show
each route and a single entry for each Driver and Attendant – we have now done this. We have also added “Owner” as standard:

Choose from the Drivers menu, then select a category in the drop down combo box, generate the data to see all with/without each type of

Edit Route Costs and Charges – New Tabs


In the form Edit Route Costs and Charges we have added new tabs to allow you to see all “Non Active” route charges (lapsed and future
charges) and also a new tab for Routes with no Costs and Charges. In this new 3 Tab you can easily create new costs and charges .

Driver & PA Self Service – Printing Payslips


We have improved the system in Self Service which allows Drivers and PA’s to print their own Payslips for any month:

As well as printing payslips we have a full analysis of pay report called the Statement. This is selected from the Drivers Pay Schedule Form

Routes & Drivers – New Editing Form

We have created a new form that shows a list of all routes and drivers. In this form you can easily End and Move drivers on Routes:

Passengers Height and Weight Reports


We have updated these to show a passengers height and weight and also to show whether a passenger is > 135cm or not. There are also 2
different reports to show Routes/Venues and Providers analysis. This is available in the Reports Menu.

Passenger Age Calculations


We recently added a form to show a passengers age at any date you choose. We have enhanced this form to allow you to type any date and then
calculate every single passengers age at that date:

New - Incidents


This new system allows you to record incidents for Passengers, Drivers, PA’s, Routes etc. In the Lists section of the left-hand menu is the
option Incidents




















You can now add new incidents in the Timeline In every Venue/Route/Passenger Form there is now an Incidents Section
and Customer Services Form

Timeline Passenger Warning Flags

In Timeline Passengers tab we have added a new highlighting system for where Passenger Times have been entered that are actually after the
vehicle is scheduled to arrive at the venue – this is a warning only system and is telling you to have a look at your route and pickup times as
there are errors. The Passenger Pick Up time should not be after the time the route is scheduled to arrive at the venue.

Annual Cost By Year Group Form Changes


We have added the Passenger Synergy Number into this form to allow users to easily find the cost per passenger by simply filtering using the
Passengers Synergy Number






























We have improved the “Export” feature and have also supplied a
fully detailed and also a summary export of this data.

Accounts Annual Costs – Extra Options


In the Annual Costs forms we have added four extra options for Analysis – just click the Column Chooser gears button and you can add any of
these new fields: Client, Category, Frequency & Job Type.










































Once You have added these new fields you will also be able to do extra grouping analysis:

After you have added a new field – you can then drag that field into the Grouping Area:























The grid will then re-analyse and total all the data by this Field

Password Management


Many Councils have upgraded their rules on password complexity and we are now implementing those rules in the Mission Software. This
means that when setting a password you must follow this set of rules:


























When setting a password you will see:

Green Ticks if what you have entered is correct


Red Exclamation if there are Errors

Error Messages


You Can Display what you have typed by clicking the “eye”

Scheduler Changes - Owner and Selecting which routes to optimise


We have added a new option to the Scheduler & Optimiser that allows you to choose routes “NOT” to optimise. This means that if you have
some routes going to a venue that you do not want to change – you can tell the scheduler to optimise everything “except” these routes:
