MPS has integrated Microsoft Bing mapping for very sophisticated Route building and scheduling.

After you to set a maximum time each passenger can spend on a vehicle, the MPS route optimiser will
calculate a full set of new optimised routes to each school. We offer a free of charge service to build
three possible scenarios for 10 of your largest schools and will optimise for 60, 75 and 90 minutes
maximum on a vehicle.

Back To School Planning and Management


MPS now has a full “Back To School” system to take all the stress and headache out of the annual
back to school planning.


It allows you to plan all your new routes using data grids, maps and optimising, marking schools as
“complete” as you go. It easily handles leavers, new starters and also has a full scenario and
optimising manager. A confirmation letter can be created, printed or saved as PDF to send to parents.

import your data, then follow the step by step process to build and optimise all of your routes for

Providers System

MPS has a stand alone system for DPS Providers to manage their Council contracts.

It has Routes, Schedules, Drivers, Attendants, Pay, Licences, DBS, Training, an integrated bidding
system for new routes and jobs with framework pricing options. It is a complete Providers solution
that also includes our sophisticated BING Route Planner, Mapping, Optimiser & bidding system. Pro-
viders can plan, quote, build and manage multiple councils’ routes, billing & crew. Anonymised stats
are sent back to the Councils to show the status for training, licences, DBS and other compliance on
all of their drivers and attendants.

tion, support with customisation, ESCROW and a sophis-
ticated self service system for Providers, Drivers,
Attendants, Parents & Guardians (2000 licences) all

To ensure their DPS Providers have the very best
software, Councils can make the MPS Providers system
compulsory for their DPS providers, in return we supply
MPS to the Council free of charge.

The monthly charge for each Provider ranges from £75 to £400. We ensure all pricing is matched to
the value of DPS contracts awarded, making it very affordable even for smaller providers.

This option allows a Council to move the full costs of your own software systems to your Providers as
a benefit of receiving contracts from you. It is very affordable for them & could save hundreds of
thousands of pounds over 3-5 years for you.
