This new form was launched to allow you to create a completely new Venue with Route, Passengers etc. all on a
single form.

New - Lunchtime Routes and Grouped Routes
This feature allows you to have a route that does more than just an AM/PM trip each day. Grouped routes can be used where the same route
does an AM/PM and also maybe a Lunchtime “out and return”. Some of our clients use this system where a single provider does several routes
each day on the same vehicle and wants to print route sheets that show all routes on that vehicle that day/week etc.
There is a new List form called Grouped Routes:
This system allows you to bill separately and have 3 independent routes all of which can be managed separately even though they all go on the
same vehicle. We advise using good Route Codes and Names to identify these grouped routes.

Change a Passenger address - but on a date in the future
This new feature allows you to process an address change but not make it go live until a date in the future.

Some Passengers are In Borough on some routes and Out Borough on others. This new field allows you to store whether a passenger is In or
Out Borough on this route.
New - Passengers on Routes - New Field - Distance from School
This field is used to record the actual distance that this passenger lives from the venue they go to. It is not the route mileage it is the actual
distance from Home to Venue for this route.

You can now make additional “non schedule” payments to your drivers and attendants for items such as “Waiting Time”, “Child Sick in Car” etc.

This analyses all of the trips made by every passenger during the period and shares out the costs on a pro rata basis. This gives you a realistic
figure for the actual cost per passenger during this period on each route.

NEW – Apply for a Transport Pass - Non-SEN passenger system
Parents can use an online Web Form to register and complete an
application for transport for their child.
This data is secured with a password and a captcha system.
The system has step by step sections to complete and there is a
whole office system for managing “Submitted” and “In Progress”
applications.
This system can print cards that are either plain or with QR codes.
