e-PCB System by LHDN

Overview
The online Monthly Tax Deduction System or e-PCB is
a system provided based on a web application to help
employers who do not have a computerized payroll
system calculate and check the PCB.
The system also helps employers to store employee
information, remuneration, deductions/rebates, STD
paid and allows employers to send STD payment data
online to the IRBM. The use of e-PCB will save time for
employers to calculate the PCB on a monthly basis and

ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR (EMPLOYER) HAS
CONTROL OVER THE DATA STORED IN THE E-

PCB SYSTEM.

B. EMPLOYEE GROUP (EMPLOYEES)



EACH EMPLOYEE GROUP WILL BE GIVEN A
USER ID AND PASSWORD THAT CAN ONLY
ACCESS DATA AND MAKE PCB CALCULATIONS
FOR THAT GROUP ONLY. DATA INVOLVING
OTHER EMPLOYEE GROUPS WILL NOT BE
VIEWABLE AND ACCESSIBLE BY OTHER THAN

to manage that situation back to normal. This problem has already
happened in previous years, but it has kept happening until now. That’s
why they need to upgrade the ID card to the new version so that they can
reduce the same problem that keeps repeating for the users.

This app cannot be used in certain places because it cannot cover certain
coverage due to difficulties in entering that location, does not have a
centre place to load out the parcel and others. That’s why this situation
has become an issue among the users. WOW Shop is one of the Media

it. That’s why this app is not user-friendly among senior citizens because
they need some help from other people to purchase those items.

this becomes a serious problem in large networks when it comes to host
identification. Because without any proper address of networking it becomes
difficult to establish communication in network. So proper host identification
is necessary for a network communication.
