China Visa Application Guideline

1.0 Required Documents
Original Passport (Expiry date more than 6 months)
China Visa Application Form (Completely Filled) with customer own signature (same as passport)
Passport Photos with white background x2
A photocopy of passport 1st page
Flight Ticket Itinerary (stated with guest’s name)
Birth Certificate**
A photocopy of mother’s passport 1st page**

** Applicable for applicants under age 18 only.

2.0 Submission Time
Batch processing on EVERY MONDAY. Enclosed a complete set of required documents before
EVERY SATURDAY of a week. No Emergency/Urgent Submission is allowed.

2.1 Collection Time
Estimate collection day around 7 working days after submission.

3.0 China Visa Application Fee

* Extra MLS Service Charge of RM60 will be incur for those reject and reapply visa.

4.0 Important Notes
1. Penang Office accepts regular service application only (6th working days)
2. Fill up China Visa Application Form completely with customer own signature (same as passport).
3. Avoid fill up applicant’s occupation with sensitive occupation such as: Member of parliament,

government official, Religious personnel or reporter. (Highly recommend: Business
person/Self-employed/Unemployed)

KOH LIPE 丽贝岛

Koh Lipe is a small L-shaped island located in the southern Thailand’s Satun Province near the Thailand / Malaysia border. It belongs
to Adang-Rawi Archipelago, situated on the outskirts of Tarutao Na�onal Marine Park. Sunset Beach ( west ) , Sunrise Beach ( east ) ,
and Pa�aya Beach ( south ) are three main beaches of Koh Lipe. The island and its surroundings are quite famous for snorkelling and
scuba diving ; its coral reefs are easy to reach asthey start just a few metres away from each of the four main island’s beaches.

The three most famous Koh Lipe beaches are the following:

Pa�aya Beach
The longest ( 1km ) and most popular beach features a wide range of hotels ,
restaurants , bou�ques and bars.

Sunrise Beach ( Haad Chao Ley )
Is a long ( approximately 800m ) strip of white sand bordering a wide shallow bay.
It is protected from the monsoon in low season and enjoys refreshing breezes in
high - season. Located near the Chao Ley village ( hence its Thai name ) which
hosts a hospital and a school, there are a few restaurants and shops here.

Sunset Beach ( Haad Pramong )
Is a peaceful and laid-back small beach ( 200m ) located in the northern part of
the island but facing west. Bamboo-and-thatch and dri�wood-built restaurants
and bars give a typical hippie feeling to the place.
