Yes, I can.

The national flag of Singapore is a rectangular shape. There are two colors
to divide in to two halves of flag. The red strip is on the top, the white strip is
on the bottom. At the top of corner flag has a crescent moon and five white
stars. Red means brotherhood and equality of the human all around. White
means purity and goodness. The crescent moon means the new life. The five
stars mean the five ideals of the nation such as democracy, peace, progress,
justice and equality
