Food is very close to us because we have to eat food every day and
what we eat will directly affect our health so before we choose to eat
anything. We have to choose carefully. But nowadays, people are all
living in a hurry. This allows them to have less time to buy food. People
tend to prefer fast food because of their ease of preparation and ease
of eating.

Thai food is one of the most popular types of food around the
world. Many people love to eat Thai cuisine because Thai food has the
specialty of spicy taste and it is based on a balance between different
flavors including spicy, sour, sweet, salty, and bitter, unlike some other
cuisines but people often don't know the benefits of ingredients in Thai
food.

Thai herbs are also an important ingredient in Thai cuisine. In
addition to being easily found in the general market. There are also
many benefits but many people may not yet know the true benefits.

In this e-magazine, we will give some examples of Thai herbs
so that readers will know the real benefits more and I hope that all

In this column, I am going to talk about garlic. Many of you are probably
familiar with this when cooking or some people may not be familiar with it at
all. But I believe although people who are used to it often may not know the true
properties of it for sure. So, I'll break it down into three main topics: benefits,
harm/warning, and cooking.

About the benefits of garlic. There are many aspects as well so I would like to give
an example :
1. Relieve cold symptoms: because the essential oil in garlic is effective against
bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Garlic has a spicy taste thus helping to expand the
airways thereby making breathing easier.
2. Reduce stomach cramps because garlic contains substances Gastroenteric
Allechalcone to increases intestinal peristalsis causing expulsion and reduce stomach
cramps from indigestion.
It also helps treat irregular menstrual symptoms or less menstruation and also helps
reduce menstrual pain as well.

But actually, it's not just useful. If you misuse or exceed the amount, it will be
punishable as well. If you eat large quantities of fresh garlic may cause bad breath,
body odor, and a burning sensation in your mouth and stomach. Or sometimes it
will cause nausea, vomiting, and lead to diarrhea.

And the last topic that I will talk about in this column is to cooking. Sure
enough, garlic should be a basic ingredient in many dishes whether it is fried rice,
fresh boiled, chili paste or stir-fried, spicy salads will still need garlic as an
ingredient.
