1.O INTRODUCTION
What health means? Health is a condition where
a person is mentally, physically and socially
healthy and not merely absent from any illness or
weakness. According to the WHO, the World
Health Organization states that health is a
complete self-esteem of individuals and no
longer given the increase in chronic diseases.
Therefore, we can conclude that health is
sustained by healthy mental, physical and social
factors.
