A healthy lifestyle is the main key to human well-
being. A healthy person can certainly play an active
role in the development of religion, nation and
country. GHS is defined as a physical, mental and
social condition that is healthy, fit, intelligent and
free from any disease based on social and
community conditions.
- From the physical aspect, it means taking care of
the cleanliness and health of the body, the
environment and the environment.
• Exercise at least three times a week
• Eat a balanced and nutritious diet
• Avoiding the abuse of prohibited substances
- From the mental aspect, it means controlling
stress and tension involving aspects of peace of
mind, feelings and thoughts. Get enough rest

1. The 'Food Pyramid' is a chart that helps
us to plan the intake of types of food and the
amount of food that is suitable for us every day.
2.The 'Food Pyramid' is also used as a guide
in the preparation of healthy food.
3. Eating healthy food can ensure that our body
and brain can receive all the nutrients that are
sufficient to allow it to function properly.
Carbohydrates : At level 1, it is a class of food called
carbohydrates. It can be taken in large quantities. For
example, food such as bread, cereals and rice.
Fruits and vegetables: At level 2, it is fruits and vegetables.
We are encouraged to consume in larger quantities. It is
because fruits and vegetables are good food for the
human body.
Proteins: At level 3, it is a class of food called protein.
Protein is good for human growth. It can be taken in
moderation. Protein foods are examples such as chicken,
meat, fish, milk and eggs.
Fats : At the highest level, it is a class of food called fat.
The quantity of food that should be taken is only a small
amount. If taken excessively, it can cause diseases such as
heart attack and high blood pressure. Foods that have a
high fat content are examples such as sugar, salt and oil.
20s :
In addition, running for 30 minutes five times
in 1 week is also encouraged as well as practicing yoga.
30s :
At this age, weight increases due to the metabolism
in the body decreasing and the body muscles
becoming weaker and can do interval training. For
example, lifting the body
40s :
At this time, focus on lifting weights, jogging, walking
or cycling.
50s
Do this exercise for 30 minutes. For example, play
tennis, climb hills and dance. In addition, you can also
run or play skipping three times a week for 45 minutes.
60s
Do other activities such as walking or gardening

1. Drink more water :
Most of us don’t drink enough water every day, but it is essential for
our bodies to work properly. Water is absolutely necessary for
carrying out our bodily functions, removing waste, and transporting
nutrients and oxygen throughout our bodies.
2. Get enough sleep :
When you don’t sleep, You tend to eat more. Usually only junk food.
3. Exercise :
Not just a few times a week, but every day. By moving your body in
some way for 30 minutes a day, you will lower your risk of disease
and create higher bone density
4. Eat more fruits and vegetables :
All fruits and vegetables carry vitamins and minerals, components
essential to your health.
5. Avoid negative people in your life :
A positive mentality is key for a healthy life.If you feel that a person
or friend is negative, just let him or her go.
6. Prepare your meals :
when you prepare meals yourself, you control exactly what goes in
to them. This makes it easier for you to make the right healthy
choices for your body.
7.Move toward low calorie and low fat alternatives :
There are many low-fat or non-fat alternatives readily available in all
grocery stores. Try switching your full-fat pantry staples for low-fat
versions over a period of time.

In order to stay healthy, it's important

20 minutes a day can have significant impact your

Most people know that eating better is good for your body, but
it can be just as helpful for your mind.A healthy diet including
plenty of helthy fats like omega-3s which can reduce
depression and decrease mood disorders.

A healthy lifestyle involves eating nutrient-dense foods that
make you feel nourished and satisfied. This is often
accomplished by cooking your meals at home with ingredients
on hand. Cooking for yourself can help you save money by
eating out less.

“Health is Wealth”. You must not take your health
lightly. It is time to switch to a healthy lifestyle if
you haven’t already to keep health issues at bay.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle not only makes a
person confident and productive but also drives
him to success. A person with a healthy lifestyle will
enjoy both personal and social life. Being healthy
isn’t only the condition of being free of disease,
ailment, or injury but also being happy physically,
mentally, socially, intellectually, and financially.
Good health is an actual necessity of happy life and
the greatest gift from nature. If we see the details,
we find that individuals having a healthy lifestyle
could perform better in their life regardless of the
profession they belonged to. Both physical and
mental health is similarly significant for better
execution and result. Everybody needs to take care
to have good health for proving themself as a
result-orientated person.
