Programs, compilation of Social Facilitation plans (for EIA Purposes), Public Participation and Environmental Awareness Training, Water Use License
applications, as well as compilation of Environmental Documentation for any feasibility studies. IEC practices principles of sustainable and holistic environmental
management. Our professionals on Environmental Sciences, Social Studies and Natural Science Specialists, etc. offer top quality services on behalf of the company.

ISOLENDALO ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING further offers management of projects using knowledge and practices as described in

the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), i.e. PMBOK principles. Projects are often critical components of the performing

organization’s business strategy and our company offers to manage the following environmental management services projects for our clients:

In managing projects for our customers, ISOLENDALO ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING applies knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project
activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations from a project. In meeting or exceeding stakeholder needs and expectations, our company
has a team of experts who balance competing demands among:

 Scope, time, cost and quality
 Stakeholders with different needs and expectations
 Identifying requirements or needs and unidentified

requirements or expectations.

We divide our projects into several project phases so as to provide a better management control and links to each and every phase or stage of the project
and these are collectively known as project life cycle. We divide these projects into the following phases:

3. Project Execution: Tasks listed in the project plan are executed in
this phase. Management processes, Project manager monitors and
controls all the activities, resources and the expenditure, Physical
construction of each deliverable for acceptance by the customer,
and reviews.

4. Project Closure: Confirmation of project implementation or
acceptance by the client. Supplier contracts are cancelled and
project resources are released to the business. Project closure report
is submitted to the customer or the project sponsor for approval.

1. Project Initiation: Developing a business case, performing
feasibility study, establish terms of references, appoint project team
and perform phase review.

2. Planning Phase: Activities, tasks, dependences and timeframes are
outlined. Planning of resources, labor, equipment, financial planning,
quality planning providing quality targets, assurance and control
measures, risk planning, acceptance plan, communication plan and
procurement plan.
