Delivery is FREE anywhere within the UK, orders under the value of £150.00 are liable to a nominal delivery charge of
£12.00. Carriage on deliveries outside the UK may be chargeable at cost or by quotation.
Deliveries will be made within 3 – 5 working days for all stocked products.

3. CREDIT ACCOUNT FACILITIES

Credit facilities are offered on receipt of satisfactory trade references.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due on the 20th of the month after date of invoice. Should payment of products not be made by the
due date, the customer’s account will be placed on ‘Hold’ until payment is received.

5. RESERVATION OF TITLE OF GOODS UNTIL PAYMENT

Although the risk of damage or loss to the products shall pass to the customer immediately upon delivery, all products
supplied remain the property of Klenzan Ltd until payment in full has been received.

6. SHORTAGES OR NON-DELIVERY

We should be notified within 48 hours of delivery for shortages on products.

7. RETURN OF GOODS FOR CREDIT

Products correctly supplied against a firm order may not be returned for credit without prior agreement. A collection
charge will be payable.
In any event, products correctly supplied cannot be returned if they have been personalised or are in anyway deemed
unfit for resale.

8. VALUE ADDED TAX
