I have known about Podhinanathera. Mindfulness practice to be

Introductory Story
Reverend Grandfather Cha Suphatto, during his life, devoted his

life to practicing dharma and propagating Buddhism. both for
Thais and foreigners which resulted in the results of infinite
benefits to the religion both a sermon and the Office of Dharma
practice in the name of many temples in Wat Nong Pah Phong
branch which even though he died a long time ago But his
disciples still maintain the practice of the Dharma that he has

preached to the present day.

Early life

At the age of 13, after dropping out of primary school Father
Yom has brought it to the abbot to learn the basics of

ordination. Therefore, he was allowed to be ordained as a novice
chacha Chot in March 1931, with Phrakhru Wichitthamphanee

(Puang), former abbot of Wat Mani Wanaram Ubon
Ratchathani, as a preceptor of Sam Noencha Chaangchot,
staying in the Buddhist Lent. and study the Dharma as well as
being in the practice of teachers for 3 years, paying attention to
the mission of novices to recite prayers, perform observances,
study the Thera's Dharma practice course and then had to leave
the ranks to help his parents do the farming However, due to
the necessity of a typical Isaan farmer's family with a passion for
ordination So he realized all the time that he had to support him
as a monk when he was 20 years old, after he agreed with his
parents and both of them allowed him to leave the temple near
his home. and was allowed to be ordained on April 26, 1939 at
1:55 p.m. at Phatthasima, Ko Nai Temple, That Subdistrict,
Warin Chamrap District, Ubon Ratchathani, with important

senior monks who gave the ordination as follows:

Phrakhru Indrasarnkun a preceptor

Phrakhru Wirunsutkan as a monk

The rector is a monument

Phra Cha Suphatto had lived in the temple for two years,
intending to study the Dharma. both from textbooks and from
teachers until the first-class Dharma examinations were obtained

in this temple's office before

To profess Buddhism

After you have completed a third-class Dharma He considered
that he should go out to learn more because at that time the

teacher's knowledge in the temple before the chest was limited,
so he moved to live in Wat Suan. to go to study at the Wat Pho
Tak School Office, which is not far away In those days, it was

during the Asian War. The crunch food is therefore out of
stock. make it difficult and because the place where he and his
fellow Sahadhammak went to make alms, was a nearby village

with few homes. As a result, food was insufficient for many
monks and novices.

Later in the year 2485 B.E., he changed his place of residence.
Heading to the student office at Wat Ban Nong Lak in which
Phrakhru Akkathamavina is the abbot At that time it was a
drought that made the grueling food stiff. The fellow monks
who accompanied him did not feel very conscience. therefore
invites you to study at another school because he did not want
to offend the friends who invited him Therefore, he traveled

with Phra Maha Chaeng at Wat Ban Kheng Yai. and
remembered the Buddhist Lent At the same time, the second
level Dharma exam was taken there. The following year, he

returned to Wat Nong Lak as before.

His/her work on Buddhism

After complete the study task together with the birth of
Dharma, when the father died therefore turned to practice
dharma by going on a pilgrimage and studying the guidelines in
various bureaus Through many teachers, for example, at the
office of Luang Pho Phao, Khao Wong Kot Temple, Lop Buri
Province, and Cambodian monks who are pilgrims who met at
Wat Khao Wong Kot, Luang Pu Kinnaree, Ajarn Khamdee,
Luang Pu Thongrat Phra Ajarn Mun, etc., when the organic
matter is mature, then go on a pilgrimage and continue to
practice the Dharma. by still maintaining a monk sex as a Maha
Nikaya all the time until finally received a favor from the mother
and brother To return to favor the animals in their homeland in

1954, the forest temple was built. Which we know today is Wat
Nong Pah Phong and he has always served as the abbot of this
temple. and passed away on January 16, 1992 at 5:20 am at Wat

Nong Pah Phong peacefully in the midst of the Dharma
suffering of disciples from all directions.

Virtues as good model for leading a life
Objectives: Path, fruit, nirvana, cessation of suffering

Content: morality, concentration, wisdom
Method : Samatha Vipassana

Tactics : Look into the body, look at nature, compare with
nature, make it look and know accordingly.

Not committing a sin is the best. Some people sometimes,
thieves give, and they give.

But trying to teach him to stop being a thief is the hardest thing.

It's hard to let go of evil without doing wrong, making merit,
thieves can do it. it's the end

Not doing all these sins is the cause.

beyond reason
The Buddha taught that "Beyond reason" no matter what you

do
Your wisdom goes beyond reason. give beyond birth to death

Beyond happiness beyond suffering
Try to think about it. We used to live in the house When I ran

away from home, I didn't know what to do.
because we were in the world in the world
