are in this business from 10+ years and have a team of IT skilled professionals. Innovins has
successfully established its strong foothold in the Indian as well as overseas markets with its highest

the desired forms to the marketing efforts by various professionals using websites and other web

Executive Summary

Based on the requirement provided to us by Mr. Prathamesh to Innovins Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has
proposed to create a WordPress website.

After the project completion the necessary ownership would be handed over to Mr. Prathamesh.

The aim is to create a strong partnership between Mr. Prathamesh, and Innovins Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Our aim is to provide cost effective solutions without compromising on quality. We pride ourselves in
standing where we are as a company and more importantly as a team.

Innovins Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from the past 8 years and have been growing
since. Our main forte is to create happy customers and build concrete business relationships for years
to come.

1. WordPress blog development will cost you additional INR 5,000 plus tax.

2. Content Writing will cost you additional INR 1,000/- plus tax per web page (approx 350 words).

3. The website will be SEO friendly.

4. 1yr Domain Registration and 2GB Hosting will cost you additional INR 5,000/- plus tax per year

5. To make the website more secure and hackproof, the client needs to purchase SSL certificate

Approximately we see 3-4 weeks of the development work.

Dependencies

 We will need timely feedback from the client during the Requirement Gathering phase.
 And we will need single point of contact from the client side for the communication.
 We will need timely feedback on the doubts / issues.
 In case any of the dependencies is affecting the timelines, Innovins Technologies will

communicate the same with the client.

Process of Working:

1. After the deal is closed with the non-refundable advance amount received. A scope document is
sent to the client to explain the features that will be provided for the requirement discussed and the
quoted amount. Once the scope features are completely understood from your end, we would
require the project coordinator from the client’s end to come-over to Innovins Office to clearly
understand the scope and provide an email confirmation or signature to freeze the website
development scope features.

2. We shall send a design questionnaire where you can provide us with your design inputs.
3. Our design head will have a concall with the company co-ordinator (s) and have a design layout

discussed for Home page, About us / text description page, products listing, products details page
based on the design inputs provided by the client in the questionnaire.
4. The design for home page layout is then designed and a web link is sent for changes/ approval.
5. On email approval, the home page design is then passed on for frontend development. And the
next page design layout which is designed based on the same theme as that of the home page is
sent to the client one at a time. On giving an email approval for the layouts, it is then passed on for
the front end development.
6. A completed frontend website link is sent for changes/approval. On approval, the website backend
is developed for editing of your website from your end.
7. On final LIVE approval and complete payment clearance, the website will be made LIVE and a
backend training will be provided for managing your website.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This scope document confirmed by the client will enlist all the features that innovins will develop
for the quoted price. Any other features apart from the ones mentioned in the scope document,
that the client wants to develop, will be charged separately and developed in the phase 2 of the
project. So kindly understand the importance of the scope document and accordingly mention all
your requirements very clearly during the scope discussion phase of the project itself. An
ecommerce website being a vast platform can have innumerable possibilities, so kindly mention all
your project requirements/features without holding any assumptions for the same.

2. The website designing & development work will be initiated only after the release of 50% of the
quoted price which is non-refundable.

3. A website design which has to be moved to the development phase after the design approval. The
positioning of the design elements cannot be changed once the design enters the development
phase; hence designs need to be thoroughly reviewed before giving an approval for its layout.

4. Any request for a new design after approval will incur additional cost.
5. The inner pages of the website are built on the front-page (Home page) theme itself. Incase a new

design and layout structure is expected to be developed for the inner pages, it will be priced based
on the no. of designs required for the inner pages.
6. New pages or a feature which gets developed during the project development phase apart from
the discussed quote will amount to additional charges.
7. A webpage or feature once created as per the discussed quote / email will incur the cost as per the
discussion in the quote/email. Cancelling the development after the webpage/feature has been
developed will still amount to the same development cost discussed.
8. A training demo given for website(s) backend management is a onetime personal training to one /
more people. Repetition of the training demo will incur additionally on an hourly basis.
9. Email passwords once handed over to the client will no more be the responsibility of Innovins. So
kindly save the usernames and passwords for future references.
10. Websites will be made LIVE on the client server only after the complete settlement of the payment.
Until then the testing on the website can be done on Innovins test servers. Also, the website will be
made LIVE only after a formal email approval for the same.
11. Once the website is made LIVE, Innovins will not be held responsible for any database loss or
hacking that may happen on the website. Any additional work on database or website restoration
will incur additional cost.
12. Work order & Payments should be drawn in the name of “Innovins Technologies Private Limited”
13. The removal of “designed and developed by Innovins” from the website can be removed for a
royalty fees of %10 of the total development fees.
14. This website proposal pricing is valid only for 6 months from the date when the proposal is issued.
15. Service tax is subject to change as per the government policies.
