What WE DO
Quality Management System
SISM operates a quality management
system covering both on vessels and in the o ce.
Our team has independently developed the entire system from
the scratch. We build the concept and implement it
accordingly to comply with relevant international &
national rules and regulations. A full ship internal audit program
has been applied since we received ISO 9001 in compliance
with IMO/ISM Code in 1997. Audits take place annually in
collaboration with audit body from Nippon Kaiji Kyokai Class.
This assures the company operation procedure and current
legal procedure are well implemented and observed.
A similar audit program is also run within SISM o ce.

Technical Management
This service offers shipowner a full service of ship management including technical, crew management, procurement, and insurance services.
Customers will have vessels day to day operation monitoring, maintenance, running repair, and dry docking service in one stop solution.
Management assigns Technical Superintendent to each vessel responsible for monitoring its condition and all aspect of performance and
operation. This includes approving supply of ships spares, lube oil, running, engine, and deck stores, monitoring Planned Maintenance System,
and ensuring that all surveys are carried out appropriately. ABS NS-Enterprise PMS software is used as a tool to monitor the activity. An ad-hoc
docking team is appointed and responsible for dry-docking project management for any dry-docking project.

Crew Management
SISM has been developing a pool of
competent crews over the years. More
than 1,000 seafarers are available in our
database. These English-speaking

Our Marine and Personnel Department
performs all the crew management
services: recruitment, rotation, training,
briefing-debriefing, crew payroll, tax
handling, sign-on/off, medical check- up,
certification, and mobilization.
Each crew in our personnel pool has
passed our qualification and experience
requirement along with valid documents.
SISM is audited and certified by NK Class
for the Seafarer Recruitment and
Placement Services based on the latest
MLC 2006 requirements. We are also
