 To critically asses digital information
 To work in a group in order to create digital content
 To understand the method and to learn how to design a SWOT

analysis.

Step 1: Trainers open creately.com digital tool. Trainers explain that
Creately is a simple digital tool that helps you create SWOT analysis in a
way that it creates a visual representation out of it. On the creately app
there is a ready-made template of the SWOT analysis and users have to
input information asked of them. Creately not only create a visual

analysis-and-how-to-do-it-right-with-examples/) through Creately.
Trainers explain the purpose of the strategic planning process and introduce
participants to the SWOT method by providing them with information about
strengths and weakness’ as internal factors of the organization, and
opportunities and threats as external factors of the organization. The SWOT
Analysis helps to analyse and explore the position through both internal and
external lenses. Trainers explain that while it could be applied at any stage of
a planning process, it is most suitable at the start, or at a significant point of
review. This is because it isimportant to assess and understand the current
situation before committing to a sensible and sustainable course of action.
Trainers emphasize that SWOT analysis can be performed on a project,
service or product, a sector, an organization or even on an individual in the
form of personal development planning. When done properly, a SWOT
analysis gives a clear picture of the most important factors that can influence
the survival and sustainability of your activity.
Step 3: Trainers start a discussion in order to make sure participants
understood the analysis method and purpose and how to use Creately.
Q’s: Why does a company need to plan strategically? What is the difference
