The word ‘slowly’ is an adverb of manner. It tells

Question Mark

Sentence (a) shows a strong feeling – someone is
angry. There is a (!) at the end of the sentence. It is
called an exclamation mark. An exclamation mark
is used to show feelings of surprise, happiness, pain,
etc.
Sentence (b) is a question. At the end of the question
is a question mark (?). A question is always followed
by a question mark.
