Urban areas nowadays, there has been a shift in religious values in today's society, namely putting aside important values, one of which is the procession at the funeral of a corpse. Day by day, urban people increasingly think that religion is just a routine activity that is used as a symbol and attribute of life passed down from their parents and almost all of them do not learn about the other things related to their religion as for the example about how to bury someone properly and as what the religion has commanded. Therefore, urban communities are currently experiencing difficulties in carrying out these processions, so they need other people whose existence cannot be expected forever. Urban society refers to urban society and everything related to cities. In general, urban communities have high individualism and have a high awareness of technology. “Unfortunately, the high awareness of technology, on the one hand, makes urban communities tend to use technology as a tool to satisfy their needs for everything, including religiosity.”(Aziz, 2018) MARKET DESCRIPTION Our target market is Urban People with the busy things in hand but on the flip side they need assistance in the form of an application to help them in terms of funeral things. The reason why we choose Urban People as the target market, because urban people are already facing the shift in religious values nowadays, and there are a lot of them that do not know how to process someone’s funeral (Maria Ulfah, 2021). Al-Hayat Funeral Apps is a need for them as the guidance to bury someone properly and correctly and according to what our religion has commanded but on the other hand provide them the ease of use and easy to understand. Our team will design a Al-Hayat Funeral application prototype. It is an islamic burial and ritual focus-based app that is combined with a cultural awareness. To make it more useful and beneficial, we decided to implement some features that aid people to address their needs when death happens among their family members and to inform the mosque’s “kariah” instantly for the funeral arrangements. Also, we decided to include some features that help people affected by their family member's death on how to deal with their grief by taking cultural awareness into account. To improvise our app, we also provide some additional information about Islamic burial ceremonies that some people may not know about and we include a few additional information about management of the deceased's property in Islamic teachings. I am aware that I already provided related knowledge to my children, but I am afraid that they will not remember it fully due to not practicing it frequently. 3. I think I have basic ideas about the preparation or step-by-step action and I will be able to do it but maybe I am lacking in knowledge for certain parts. 2. Lack of knowledge generally about the islamic burial itself and also about the logistic arrangement of the deceased such as obtaining the burial plot or arranging the transportation and also the availability of the authorities near the resident will be the biggest obstacles. 3. 100% yes especially in today's modern era. All of the things that we need to know were just a click-away and therefore, it will surely help if sudden death happens everywhere or at any time. 4. There’s a lot to put. So, I would say that difficulties to inform relatives and close acquaintances plus lack of knowledge in action to be taken by the deceased family afterward would be the greatest obstacles. 3. I think yes. It will be less time consuming as we can get the information instantly and the family member of the deceased can take care of things easily and quickly. 4.
