Growing StrongBy Debbie SimmonsThis SeasonThe Legacy Architect25This is a great time to pause and refocus. The year is moving quickly, and many businesses are asking an importantquestion: Are we making progress, or just staying busy?Success is rarely built in one big moment. It comes through steady action, clear priorities, and investing in people. Thework we do now often shapes the results we’ll see later in the year.At Anchor Point, we see this every day. Families grow stronger when they receive support early. Children thrive when theyexperience connection and encouragement. What still matters most? Whatneeds adjusting?Strengthen Relationships Great businesses are built on trust. Encourage your team, appreciate clients, and createmeaningful connections.Prepare for the Next Season Use this time to organize systems, communicate clearly, and plan ahead.Jesus said, “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” (Luke 16:10) Small, faithful steps oftenlead to the greatest growth. What Growth Looks LikeAt Anchor Point, growth means:Families receiving practical help and hopeParents gaining tools and confidenceVolunteers making a difference through serviceChildren finding healing and supportA Simple ChallengeAsk yourself:What am I building right now?Who am I helping grow?Where can I lead with greater purpose? There is still plenty of time in 2026 to create meaningful results.
