Information systems. Information Systems is an
integrated set of components for collecting,
storing, and processing data and for delivering
information, knowledge, and digital products.
The main components of information systems
are computer hardware and software,
telecommunications, databases and data
warehouses, human resources, and procedures.
Nowadays modern business organizations are
using computerized information systems in order
to obtain such information. Moreover,
Information Systems have been a key help in
record storage for organizations. There are
several examples of Malaysia's public sector and
Malaysia's private organizations to be discussed
in this study. This study also identifies the

INTRODUCTION

ORGANIZATION

An organization is a group of people working together to achieve a specified
goal. According to Vocabulary.com define organization is a group of people who
work together, like a neighborhood association, a charity, a union, or a
corporation. A manager plays a central role in grouping the people and activities,
establishing authority and responsibility, and interacting with people for the
achievement of the organizational goal. Brown and Moburg describe
organizations as permanent social entities characterized by goal-oriented
behavior, specialization, and structure. This description of the organization
suggests that organizations.

INFORMATION SYSTEM

According to Boell et., al (2015), Information systems (IS) involve a variety of
information technologies (IT) such as computers, software, databases,
communication systems, the Internet, mobile devices, and much more, to perform
specific tasks, and interact with and inform various actors in different
organizational or social contexts. Information systems can be viewed as having five
major components: hardware, software, data, people, and processes.
