photographs that she’s created over the years.
All animals have sacred or spiritual meaning and lend special energy. Shamans know the Spirit Animals
well. Butterflies are flying flowers, and beautiful guides that symbolically represent growth, metamor-
phosis, beauty.
Dream Journal entry: I’ve dreamed again about being wrapped in silk, only this time I could hold it up
to the light and through its transparancy, could view another world.

Is this a dream?
Am I awake?

Does it matter?
I decided to simply be moved with the moment,

enjoy the metaphor,
the beauty,

the symbolism,
and just become present with the experience.

Inspiration from a Dream Messenger

In February 2007 I woke from a very vivid dream: “... a Chinese woman with gentle but masculine en-
ergy comes between us and grabs our hands. She reminds me of a young May Tung what she must
have looked like in her early 20s. It could very well be her, thought I know she is not part of the waking
world anymore. She says that she was once an artist, and tells us the secret to her inspiration...”
