All animals have sacred or spiritual meaning and lend special energy. Shamans know the Spirit Ani-
mals well. These beautiful creatures are the guides to heal, balance, and bring harmony and balance
to the Self and surroundings.

I decided to simply be moved with the moment,

Inspiration from a Dream Messenger

In February 2007 I woke from a very vivid dream: “... a Chinese woman with gentle but masculine en-
ergy comes between us and grabs our hands. She reminds me of a young May Tung what she must
have looked like in her early 20s. It could very well be her, thought I know she is not part of the waking
world anymore. She says that she was once an artist, and tells us the secret to her inspiration...”
