Registration Instructions

Marian University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine (MU-COM) and the Student
Osteopathic Medical Association (SOMA) welcome you to the registration page
for the Pre-SOMA Conference. We hope that this step-by-step guide will answer any
questions you might have about the registration process. Thank you for choosing to
attend this conference at Marian University. We look forward to seeing you in September.

1. Click the link to the registration page provided in the 2015 Pre-SOMA Conference invitation.
2. Click the quantity of people that will be attending the conference.
3. Enter your (the student’s) first and last name in the required fields.
4. Enter your email address in the required fields. This is how we will contact you with updates about the conference

as the day approaches.
5. Enter your undergraduate institution and date of graduation or date of expected graduation.
6. Lunch will be provided for you—select what lunch option you’d like to enjoy the day of the conference.
7. Please enter any dietary restrictions or needs you might have in the box provided.
8. Choose a track that you will follow during your day at MU-COM. There are six tracks available, so pick the one that will interest you.
