130 guests for a wedding breakfast in our

for an evening reception. We are happy to

and the Sir Galahad Suite.

USEFUL INFORMATION

The following information outlines some of the
details you will need to hold your wedding ceremony.
These are guidelines only and you should contact the
Swansea Register office on 01792 636188 for up to date
information.
Legal Requirements
Before you can marry, there are certain formalities that are
required by law. You will need to attend the Register Office
in the district in which you live to inform them of your
intention to marry this is called Giving Notice. Before giving
notice, you will need to make a provisional booking with the
registrar in the district where you wish to marry.
Notes
You should book well in advance to secure the time and
date of your choice. This is especially important if you wish
to marry on a Friday or Saturday. A provisional booking can
be made with the registrar up to one year in advance of the
day of your marriage.

You will need two adult witnesses to be present at your
ceremony. They will be required to sign the register.

Deposit Details
We require a £500 deposit to confirm your booking which is
non-refundable.
Deposits for smaller weddings are dependent on numbers.
