Hello, we are happy to have you here! I moved my young family to Central Oregon in 2017, and we have never looked back. The community and the great outdoors are what sold us. So it is no wonder it has been growing so quickly, but the construction sticker prices and wait times can shock everyone at årst. I felt compelled to assist both homebuyers and sellers to receive correct current market pricing on their real estate construction needs. Making all necessary repairs and having the deal go through is what we strive for. Shortly after moving to Bend, I called around looking for contractors for various home improvements. Most didn’t return the call and when they did they were booked out. A painter said he can do the job over a year out! While Central Oregon real estate sales have grown, the construction labor market has not kept up at the same pace. Construction schedules can get pushed out based around our long winters. After getting my Oregon license, contractors returned my calls and I learned quickly they preferred working
with a general contractor than directly with homeowners. In 2018, we established a home inspection repairs company in Sunriver to lend my extensive 30+ year construction background to assist homebuyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. It may seem unnecessary to say that we’ll return your call, but we actually do! When new clients call, they are going down a list of contractors and not getting callbacks. Until they get to us. Our business has since grown to meet our client’s needs for post-sale improvements and repairs as well.

We supply detailed construction estimates reæecting current market construction costs and can get all of the repairs called out on a home inspection report (HIR) or a Buyers Repair Addendum (BRA) completed prior to the close of your escrow. Because of the legal nature of real estate transactions and escrow, licensed specialty tradesmen are required to perform their speciåc tasks during this process. This protects both the buyers and sellers alike. The prospect of having one central source of contact to get all the work done in the escrow time allotted can be completely unrealistic.
