From its inception, Round Hill has attained and maintained the stature of a
legend. Created by a group of fascinating people who came together over
sixty years ago to build private villas on a captivatingly beautiful site. From the
moment its gates were opened in 1954 by Elizabeth and John Pringle right up
to the present day, Round Hill has established itself as a permanent fixture in
the memory of guests, celebrated or not, who have been fortunate to stay and
delight in its tradition of warm Jamaican hospitality and exceptional setting.

At Round Hill, luxury is not about marble and gilt, it is about genuine care and
service by our team who care. A sense of comfort and style that is in sync with

An Award-Winning Resort

Round Hill is located just west of Montego Bay, Jamaica on the island’s north
coast, occupying a secluded, 110-acre peninsula, lush with tropical foliage
and brightly coloured blooms. The resort sits surrounded by pristine natural
beaches and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Featuring 26 unique villas ranging from 2-6 bedrooms, one-bedroom suites
nestled in to the hillside and 36 ocean-view and oceanfront rooms, designed
by Ralph Lauren, all overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Guest Rooms

The Pineapple House houses 36 luxurious ocean-view and oceanfront
guestrooms, each one impeccably designed by Ralph Lauren to capture
the quintessential island style, ideal accommodations for guests seeking a
more traditional hotel-style setting. Cool, white stone floors, evoking a crisp
and clean Caribbean ambiance. Romantic four-poster mahogany beds and
sumptuous upholstered furniture ensure comfort, while spacious bathrooms
feature deep soaking tubs, freestanding rain showers and double vanities,
which add an extra level of luxury. Rooms on the lower-level feature cozy
balconies, a perfect spot for morning tea or coffee. All guest rooms boast
spectacular views of Round Hill Bay and are steps from the main infinity pool
and golden-sand beach.



One-Bedroom Suite

The spacious and uniquely designed one-bedroom suites are nestled into the
hillside, surrounded by lush foliage, and brightly coloured tropical blooms,
with beautiful, elevated views of the Caribbean Sea. These Caribbean inspired
luxury one-bedroom suites offer luxurious living and include spacious and
exquisitely furnished bedrooms with king-size bed, separate living room,
which open to an outdoor patio for true indoor/outdoor living, with
spectacular views of Round Hill Bay. Luxurious and spacious bathrooms,
complete with a walk-in rain shower and separate soaking tub. Each feature
an outdoor private plunge pool, complemented by tropical landscaping, the

Classic Villas

Secluded for privacy, the Classic Villas at Round Hill offer guests an experience
unique to the resort. These picturesque villas showcase the resort’s original
style and classic elements and boast views of beautiful Round Hill Bay, while
serving as the perfect home-away-from-home for guests.
The villas include a dedicated staff, offering an unmatched level of service.
The villas range in size from 2-5 bedrooms, with multiple open air living
spaces, ensuring maximum comfort for honeymooners, families, or couples
traveling together. Most Classic Villas are equipped with private pools. While
others are only steps away from the resort’s main pool. Guests also enjoy daily
breakfast catered and served by their dedicated villa staff.



Signature Villas

The Signature Villas at Round Hill offer guests a luxurious private vacation
experience. Each unique villa provides guests with indoor and outdoor living
spaces, designed with a blend of modern and classic cottage elements, with
stylish open-air and enclosed living rooms. Guests can enjoy their own
private pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and stunning
views of the Caribbean Sea. The villas include a dedicated team who provide
exceptional service. Guests also enjoy daily breakfast catered and served by
their villa staff. Signature villas range from 3-6 bedrooms, making them
ideally suited for larger families, friends and small groups.



Estate Villa

Serving as Round Hill’s crowning jewel, the Estate Villa is one of the most stunning
villas on property. This magnificent six-bedroom villa is situated at the edge of the
tropical rain forest, offering guests unmatched levels of privacy and seclusion, as
well as spectacular vistas. The Estate Villa comes with exceptional amenities,
including two private pools, expansive indoor/outdoor living areas, formal dining
room, bar and pool table. The villa includes 8 bathrooms, outdoor showers, a bar
and sweeping views of the resort and Round Hill Bay. Guests also enjoy daily
breakfast catered and served by their dedicated villa staff. The Estate Villa can
accommodate up to fourteen guests, making it ideally suited for multi-generation
families and groups.

Green Clay Courts), and two pickleball courts.
Shape up at the fitness centre or yoga pavilion, clear your mind with a
nature walk. Swim in the main pool or in your own villa pool. The main
infinity-edge pool at Round Hill is an architectural gem, built from local
stone salvaged from an 18th Century sugar works, that define the different
levels of this masterpiece, complete with a pool bar, the perfect spot to
catch glorious sunsets.



Pineapple Kids Club / 7-Up Kids Club

Families can enjoy complimentary use of Round Hill’s Pineapple Kids Club
and our 7-Up Kids Club. The program promotes fun and education with a
host of enriching activities providing an active and imaginative holiday for
children. Daily activities include nature walks, a creative assortment of arts
and crafts, water sports, talent shows, reggae lessons, movie and story hour.
The club is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for children between the
age of 3 and 12.
Private babysitting services are also available at an additional cost.
