Celebrating award-winning Chef Martin Maginley’s philosophy of ‘Light, Clean Caribbean Cuisine’,
The Restaurant at Round Hill is delighted to offer an exquisite table d’hote dining experience on the resort’s upstairs

dining terrace. Promising an intimate dining experience, the restaurant is not open to children or large groups
and has limited seating, accommodating a maximum of six persons per table and a total capacity of 40 persons.

Reservations are mandatory.

Chef Maginley and his talented culinary team will showcase the finest and freshest Jamaican ingredients,
including organic herbs and vegetables grown on the resort’s organic garden, as well as
the best of the island’s bounty procured from local farmers.

Featuring daily menus as well as vegetarian options, diners will be treated to an exciting array of delicacies
including fresh fishes, prime meats and vegetables. Aimed at delivering a refined, exquisite,
and classical culinary experience, Chef Maginley promises to bring out
the best flavours and tastes of the 1950s, elevated to suit the modern day palate.

WRIGHT LIFE EATERY is included in our lunch offerings served at the Round Hill Spa. Wright Life is the only live
food eatery in Jamaica. The dishes (food and juices) are prepared with organic fruits and vegetables, no sugar,
no preservatives. Enjoy a protein shake with plant or hemp protein after your work out, or have a ginger shot
to give you that extra push. Or simply enjoy a healthy pizza or burger made from nuts and seeds.
Snacks and desserts are also available. Come and delight in this new lunch option at Round Hill.

2019 New Year's Eve Celebration

Your next GRAND BAZAAR: ring in the New Year with an unforgettable,
Moroccan-themed night at Round Hill Hotel and Villas. Experience an exotic evening guaranteed to be buzzing
with an intoxicating energy and intriguing mystique while enjoying a taste of the exceptional cuisine and culture
of Marrakech throughout the night. Our dress code is inspired by traditional, Moroccan fashion – long, loose, and

flowing in style with full sleeves for both ladies and gentlemen (black tie optional for men).

SHOWTIME ENTERTAINMENT

The night’s festivities will begin with cocktails at 8pm on the Lower Lobby Lawn then from 9pm -11pm,
we will indulge in an Moroccan inspired menu created by our award-winning
executive chef and his talented culinary team.

The Cohejun Band will keep you entertained with thrilling music during and after dinner.
DJ Baby Thugz will man the turntables during the after party. As is the Round Hill tradition,
our spectacular fireworks display and signature Blue Danube Waltz will take place at midnight.
The cost for opening cocktails and dinner is US$390 per person, inclusive of tax and service charge.
Children 12 and under will pay half price. Wines and beverages after the opening cocktail hour will
be at an additional cost. You may pre-order bottles of wine or champagne when you reserve your table.

to ensure a smooth and timely service.
