Swimming against the odds
This story narrates the life of Ocean, a 13 year old chasing her dream to become a professional swimmer whilst living in a socialist country. Orquídea 2014, a place where riots and fear are part of a strange routine, and how this crisis affected her swimming career. The difficulties she had to go through in order to achieve her goals, and the sacrifices she had to make to have an improved quality of life, leaving everything behind and giving her life an unexpected turn.
