DISPATCH VIA TRACKSMART

Step 01

• Click the New Dispatch button on

TrackSamrt homepage
• Select a driver whom you wish to dispatch
the shipment

COMPLETE A DISPATCH

Step 02

• Fill in shipment information

Send• Review and click the button

CHECK DRIVERS' ACTIVITIES

Step 01

• Select a particular shipment on
TrackSmart Activities page
• Completed shipment are listed under

Done, the rest are listed under In Progress

CHECK DRIVERS' ACTIVITIES

Step 02

• View the current status of the selected
shipment in the top section
• Scroll down to see driver's whereabouts
and shipment details

COMMUNICATE VIA ORDER CHAT

Chat• Click the button on the order

details page

a particular shipment via sharing locations,
