When I opened the doors to Ray
White Lutwyche I had one thing in
mind; to offer clients the style of
service I would like to receive. At
long last being a Corporate Franchise
I had the freedom and the motivation
to do things differently. It was
gratifying to see how enthusiastically

vendors and home buyers.

from the day we opened – to create

COOKER LASAGNE

INGREDIENTS STEP 2
Meanwhile, whisk the cream and eggs in a

- 60G JAR OF BOLOGNAISE PASTA SAUCE a thin layer of the mince mixture over the
- 250ML (1 CUP) CHICKEN STOCK base of the insert. Cover with a layer of
- 1 TABLESPOON DRIED OREGANO lasagne sheets (breaking the sheets to sit, if
LEAVES necessary). Drizzle one-fifth of the cream
- 250G PKT DRIED LASAGNE SHEETS mixture over the lasagne sheets and top
- 600ML THICKENED POURING CREAM with one-quarter of the remaining mince
- 3 EGGS, LIGHTLY WHISKED mixture. Continue layering with remaining
- 300G (3 CUPS) COARSELY GRATED lasagne sheets, cream mixture and mince
THREE CHEESE MIX mixture, finishing with a layer of cream
- FRESHLY CUT PARSLEY LEAVES (TO mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cup of

reduced slightly.
