Mike is a South Carolina native who has been in the financial services industry
since 1999. After managing a number of top-producing Insurance Agencies, he
founded Cornerstone with the dream of bringing the best retirement products to
clients, while providing a competitive job market for his Agents.

MVP Financial, a division of Cornerstone, has given Mike the rewarding
opportunity to work with athletes and entertainers as they build a lasting legacy

for their future.

Mike resides in Summerville, SC with his wife Jen and children Max and Mary Tom. He enjoys spending his free
time on the lake and cheering on his Alma Mater, the Clemson Tigers. He and Jen are passionate about giving
back to the community they love so much.

April has been in marketing and publishing since 2004. She was part of
Cornerstone’s founding team in 2007 and has been the head of marketing and
website development for Cornerstone ever since. She played a key role in the
development and facilitation of MVP Financial's marketing strategies.

She and her husband Aaron live on a small farm with their 3 daughters Adeline,
Stella, and Hazel.

David Armbruster, originally from Atlanta, GA graduated from Clemson
University in 2000 with a degree in German and International Business.

Dave was one of the founding members of Cornerstone and was
instrumental in the development of the strategies in play for MVP. He now
heads up thefinancial division for both Cornerstone and MVP.

Dave currently resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife Patti, son Ryan and
their dog.

They are parishioners at Christ Our King Catholic Church and enjoy spending
as much time as possible outdoors.

David lives in Summerville, South Carolina and joined the Cornerstone MVP
team because of his passion for helping clients create a legacy through
financial planning.

David graduated from Clemson University in 1996 with a degree in Political
Science and a minor in Sociology.

After a number of years in sales and entrepreneurship he joined the
Cornerstone team. Realizing the potential impact this industry could have on
professional athletes and entertainers, Dave created the foundation of what
is now MVP Financial.

David and his wife Angie have a beautiful blended family with 4 of their 5
children currently enrolled at Clemson University.
David is an avid Clemson sports fan.

Maxwell attended Fort Dorchester High School in North Charleston, South Carolina, where he played
football and ran track.
Despite suffering an ACL tear and missing his entire senior season, Maxwell had many offers but ulti-
mately committed to Clemson University in 2006, where he majored in sociology.
In 2011 Maxwell was drafted by the Seatlle Seahawks. He later went on to play for the Philadelphia
Eagles, the Miami Dolphins and then back to the Seahawks.
During his time with the Seahawks Maxwell made up the original "Legion of Boom" along with players
Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, Brandon Browner and Walter Thurmond.
In 2020, after an introduction by his friend and fromer teammate Brandon Ford, Maxwell worked with
Cornerstone Wealth Advisory Group representatives to make some adjustments to his investments.
After finding great value in the plan put together by the Cornerstone team, he began sharing what he

had learned with others. When MVP was
founded, Maxwell decided to to become
part of the team and help to spread
awareness and education throughout
the country.
Maxwell currently resides in Hollywood,
SC with his family.

Brandon Ford is a Charleston native who was born and raised in the Cainhoy area. After graduating from Hanahan High
School in 2008 he was recruited to Clemson University where he played football from 2008 to 2012 while earning his Bache-
lor's Degree in Sociology.
In 2013 he was drafted to the New Englad Patriots and in 2014 he joined the Developmental Leauge FXFL. He made his way
back home after a season-ending injury.
After a few years as an entrepeneur, Brandon joined the Cornerstone team and helped found the MVP Financial Division.
Now Brandon plays an instrumental role in sharing the opportunity of MVP with teammates and connections across the
country.
As an instrumental and founding member of MVP, it's Brandon's mission to connect with athletes and entertainers across
the country andpass on the financial education he knows is so valuable to those seeking to build a legacy from their success.
Brandon is married to his wife Dominique and they have three daughters, Candace, Alexandria and Brielle.
