Register PhD STEP 1 Once you register at the University, you can start by doing Idea Proposal and discuss with your Supervisor (SV). Idea Proposal STEP 2 STEP 3 Prepare Chapter 1 - 3 1st Paper Publication (SLR, Conceptual Paper) In this step, you must be ready with Chapters 1 - 3 to Defend Proposal to the Internal Panel before proceeding with Chapter 4. You must prepare Slides for the defend proposal. In addition, you can prepare: Defend Proposal STEP 4 The problem statement, Framework, Research Objectives (RO), Hypotheses, Literature review, and Methodology. Chapter 4: Pre-Test In the pre-testing stage, you should get approval from Academic experts to assess the content validity, and face validity, & evaluate the criterion validity of the instruments/measurements. STEP 5 Collect Pilot Test Data Collect pilot test data based on your target respondent. Min. requirement is 30 respondents, if want to run EFA, min. STEP the requirement is 100 respondents. 6 STEP 7 STEP 8 STEP 9 STEP 10 2nd Paper Publication (Validate EFA & CFA) After done pilot test data collection, run the data to analyze reliability (using Cronbach Alpha & EFA) before the actual data distribution. It is crucial to follow University's Guidelines in order to submit Hardbound Thesis. Formatting STEP 12 STEP 13 Referencing This is when you may outsource proofreading to carefully check for errors in the thesis before thesis submission. Proofreading STEP 14 Please follow the university format. If using APA Style, please use the latest version (7th Edition). Prepare Viva Slides This is the Final VIVA Slides before ending this journey. You may follow your SV tips on how to excel in Viva Presentation. STEP 15 Submit Thesis for Viva Please make sure all the steps above have been gone through before Final Submission. STEP 16 STEP 17 STEP 18 STEP 19 STEP 20 Be ready for VIVA. Please be alert of all the important dates. You must be ready 1 week before VIVA to ensure you can remember what have you done in your thesis. Always confident on your thesis. VIVA Congratulations!
