We began discussing reasonable explanations for
what we were seeing.
If you want to use “about” in the sentence, then
use the word discussion:
….discussion about politics
….discussion with them
….discussion of the plan
Look/Looking (Forward to) (verb + ing)
I am looking/I look forward to hearing from you soon.
(This is called Gerund)
You don’t have to worry about the word gerund. All you need to remember is,
when you see the forward to, the verb after that must have “ing”.
In other cases, usually you DON’T put “ing” after a verb after “to”, which
is called to infinitive.
I would like to go with her.
She wanted to eat the whole cake.

She is my cousin.
(no sister sister)
Final Countdown
Okay boys and girls. I know you can write better sentences now. Don’t
forget to read more to get some ideas in your writing and to learn more
words.
Remember this : The ability to speak in several languages is an
asset/advantage. That is why it is fun to learn languages. Later, after
your SPM exam, you can start to learn other languages.
…..but you also need to remember, the ability to keep
your mouth shut in any language is priceless. (well, this part is not
really an advice, I’m joking)
Good Luck to all of you!
