In the middle of technological, political, economic, and social disruption, people have to adjust to these changes in every dimension including work, for which opportunities and challenges await. Changing working pattern will significantly affect people, since work is what people do to earn a living. If most of Thailand’s workforce cannot adjust in time to such changes, many jobs may disappear and people will lose income, eventually affecting the whole economy and quality of life of people, especially vulnerable groups.
