GUIDELINE FOR PRESENTER AND PARTICIPANT

MARIC 2019 ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
1. The official language is English.
2. Each oral presenter is allocated with 8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of question
and answer.
3. Please prepare presentation slides in the format of PowerPoint (.ppt). Presenters will be
required to bring their presentations on a USB drive or other USB-compatible storage
device.
4. Presenters are strongly encouraged to save their presentation slides into the laptop that
will be placed at the presentation room.
5. Presentation will be held for the parallel session at MELUR, DAHLIA II, DAHLIA III and
RAYA. Please check your assigned room when you have registered.
6. The conference will be equipped with a laptop that is connected to the projector in each
parallel session.
7. Please report yourself to the session chairman and upload your presentation slides to the
prepared laptop 15 minutes before the start of the session.

MARIC 2019 POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
1. The official language is English.
2. The location of your poster board will be placed at MELUR HALL.
3. Tools for attachment will be provided.
4. Please put up your poster between 7:30am to 8:30am on 10 December 2019 (Tuesday).
It should be noted that the poster presentation will be started at 10:30am – 11.00am on
that day. The presenter should make poster presentation during the designated session
slot at your poster site.
5. The poster should be displayed throughout the conference.
6. Please clear up your poster by 16:00pm on 10 December 2019 (Tuesday). The remaining
poster will be discarded.
