Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 18 will be denied to access Chilo Bar and to any room service that includes alcohol.


Damage The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage to the hotel’s property or guestrooms. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, the hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registerd address. 100% Smoke-Free The Marison Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. If there is evidence of smoking in the room, the guest will be charged Php 10,000.00, which will be applied to the guest folio. Early Departure Guest who check-out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night plus tax. No Show Charge Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card. You will only be charged the first night, one (1) night’s fill room rate plus taxes and the balance of the reservation wiil be cancelled. Group Reservations Large group/block reservations must be cancelled eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled after that date may be charged one (1) full room charge plus tax for each room reserved and the balance of their reservations cancelled. Payment All reservations and registrations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diner and China Union Pay. All guests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issued photo identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash upon check-out. Checks and foreigh currencies are not accepted. Removal of Hotel Property We reserve the right to charge the guests the cost of replacing any item which have been removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
