Direct Mail Overview:

June, 2016 will be driven by 3 large prospect direct mail campaigns (Open House). Typically we only
run 2 large prospect campaigns per month but have moved an incremental prospect mail event forward
to straddle June and July before the long July 4th holiday weekend. Dates for these three prospect
direct mail events are as follows:

1. June 1 – June 3 (Wednesday through Friday) since Memorial Day is on Monday, May 30, 2016
a. In home date May 23, 2016

2. June 14 – June 17 (Tuesday through Thursday)
a. In home date June 6, 2016

3. June 27 – July 1 (Monday through Friday) since 4th of July is Monday due to the calendar shift
from 2015 when 4th of July fell on Saturday.

is currently being tested to see if this direct mail will outperform the
response rate of the large card.

Overview

There are several clinics that run special workshops that are designed as
special events with experts and/or independent closers to maximize the
selling of units in a very limited 2 day timeframe. For the South, we are
running a direct mail package that is designed with an express envelope
that will include creative announcing the event. The direct mail piece
will be mailed to prospects only, and based upon the format of the
mailer, we are expecting a higher response rate to this type of direct
mail packaging. The mailer format is a 8.5 x 14 (legal size) which again
should generate a higher response rate based upon the mailer format.
This mailer is used for internal workshops and external AudioCare
Workshops.
