ABOUT THE DIRECTORThe Founder - Deepthi Reddy Bashyam is herself a fashion enthusiast and takes keen interest in handpicking the best outfits among the most exotic labels. Being passionate about art and craftsmanship, she believes in giving more exposure to the Indian textiles and takes pride in showcasing the best ethnic ensembles at Tifara.3. WORKING HOURS & SHIFT POLICYTIFARA operates in shift timings @ total hours per day will be 9 hours:• Shift A: 09:30 am to 6:30 pm• Shift B: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm• Shift C: 11:30 am to 8:30 pm• * Other shift based on the stores operations• Shift allocation will be decided by Management or the Reporting Head.• Employees are expected to report to work on time.• Punctuality and discipline are mandatory at all times.• Only one Fashion Consultant is allowed to take leave on Sundays.• Backend team weekly off will normally be on Sundays.• Backend staff may be required to work during events or when additional support is needed.Important Rules:• No leaves or offs are allowed during store events.• If an employee is unable to report to work at the last minute, the message must be sent in the official Titans Group for transparency.• Personal messages to the manager for last-minute absence are not allowed.4. BREAK POLICYEmployees are entitled to the following breaks during working hours:Tea Break: 10 Min in First session & 10 min in Second sessionLunch Break: 30 MinutesBreak timings will be coordinated by the Reporting Manager or Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and uninterrupted client service.5. WEEKLY OFF & LEAVE POLICY• Employees are required to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as it is peak retail business time.• Every week one week off will be provided for all employees.• Weekly off must be approved by the Reporting Manager or Store Head.Leave Eligibility:• Employees are eligible for 1 Casual Leave per month.Leave Approval Process:All leave requests must be approved by:• Reporting Manager / Store Manager• Director (if required)Important:• Unapproved leave will be treated as Loss of Pay (LOP).• Leave requests must be planned and informed in advance wherever possible.7.HOLIDAY POLICYFestival / National holidays will be determined based on the calendar year and management discretion. Employees will be informed accordingly.8.OVERTIME POLICYOvertime is not applicable.Employees are expected to complete their duties within the assigned working hours.9.TRAVEL ALLOWANCETravel allowance will be provided only if the travel is applicable for work related and wherever necessary.Conditions:• Prior approval from Management is mandatory.• Without prior approval, travel reimbursement will not be processed.10.DRESS CODE POLICYEmployees must maintain a professional appearance at all times.Fashion Consultants:• Mandatory Black Outfit• Top and Bottom must be the same black colourAll Employees:• Only Business Casual or Formal attire is allowed.• Clothing must be neat, clean, and well maintained.• Grooming must be professional and presentable at all times.11.SALARY POLICY• Salary will be credited on or before 10th of every month.• Salary will be calculated based on the calendar month cycle.12. STATUTORY BENEFITS• Employees are eligible for Provident Fund (PF)/ ESI wherever necessary• Professional Tax will be applicable for all employees.13. OFFER LETTER & APPOINTMENT PROCESS• Offer Letter – will be issued based on the selection of interview process on or before joining.• Appointment Letter – will be Issued within 30 days after joining the onboarding.


TIFARA FASHIONS PVT LTDEmployee Handbook• Employment becomes officially valid after joining formalities are completed.14.NOTICE PERIOD & EXIT FORMALITIES• Employees are required to serve a mandatory 2 Months Notice Period before leaving the organisation.If the notice period is not served:• A penalty will be applicable• Salary adjustments may be madeEmployees must complete proper handover before their last working day.15. FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT (F&F)During the notice period:• 1st Month Salary → Released normally• 2nd Month Salary → HoldFinal settlement will be:• Released through Cheque• Processed within 45 days• Subject to Management approval16. Incentive POLICYIncentive is:• Based on individual performance• Based on target achievement• Decided entirely by Management• Subject to management approvalIncentive is not automatic or guaranteed.17.STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) – CLIENT ATTENDANCE, ROTATION & STORE OPERATIONSObjective:To ensure that every client at TIFARA is attended promptly, professionally, and without any conflict among staff.Delayed response in attending clients can negatively impact the store reputation and customer experience.18.CLIENT HANDLING RULES• The first available Fashion Consultant (FC) must immediately attend to the client.• If two FC’s are free at the same time, the client will be assigned based on the Walk-In Sheet (Google Sheet).• No arguments, discussions, or disagreements should take place in front of clients.• Any disputes must be resolved after store hours with the Store Manager.19.CLIENT ROTATION SYSTEM• Clients will be attended one by one based on the fixed rotation order.• Staff must check the Google Sheet rotation before engaging with a client.• Whoever is available at the counter must greet the client immediately.• If a staff member misses their turn, the opportunity will be considered lost even if the client later completes billing.20.STAFF RESPONSIBILITIESAssigned Fashion Consultant:• Must greet the client warmly.• Must assist and guide the client throughout the entire shopping experience.• Must handle the client from start to finish until billing.


TIFARA FASHIONS PVT LTDEmployee HandbookOther Fashion Consultants:• May provide support whenever required.• Must maintain teamwork and cooperation.21.MANAGER’s ROLEThe Store Manager is responsible for:• Monitoring the client rotation system daily• Maintaining and supervising the Walk-In Sheet• Resolving disputes privately and professionally• Updating the rotation sheet if any Fashion Consultant is absent or on break22.VISUAL MERCHANDISING (VM) & STORE DISPLAYStore display plays a significant role in influencing customer experience and sales.All employees must ensure displays are properly maintained.If display mismatches or negligence is found:1st Instance → Verbal Reminder2nd Instance → Penalty Mark3rd Instance → Extra Display Duties or Salary Deduction24.PENALTY SYSTEMPenalties may be applied if employees:• Refuse their client rotation turn• Argue regarding client allocation• Fail to maintain proper visual merchandising• Take leaves during important store eventsPenalty Rule:If warnings are issued three times and the issue continues:3 Penalties in a Month May Result In:• Salary deduction (OR)• Additional closing duties25.GOLDEN RULE OF TIFARA• No client should ever witness staff disagreements or arguments.• Every client must feel welcomed, respected, and valued.• Professionalism and teamwork are essential to maintain the brand image of TIFARA.26.GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS• Employees must maintain discipline and professional behaviour at all times.• Confidential company information must not be disclosed to outsiders.• Company policies may be updated or modified at management discretion.• Any misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or termination.Management Human Resources
