Editor’s Desk

Ladies & Gentlemen, Happy Holi!

A warm welcome to the editorial desk of JCI Banjara Hyderabad’s first edition of its in-house bulletin, TRAC.
The year 2017 began with a marvelous installation of JCI Banjara’s new board officers, headed by President
Jc CA Govind Daliya and Secretary Jc Krishna Kumar Soni. The team 2017, Active & Constructive, is already
immensely active and the resultant vibes are being felt in the society.

I am thankful to the President for having trust in me and appointing me as the Editor TRAC for the year 2017.
I believe it is a wonderful opportunity to communicate with you all through this interesting media called TRAC.
The TRAC has been an integral part of JCI Banjara’s functioning since several years and it gives me an immense
pleasure to inform you all that from this year we are launching the same in e-version. I am sure this e-version
will be an interesting way of exploring TRAC and also broadening horizons to reach to thousands now.

On behalf of the editorial team, I would like to express my wishes and regards to the Banjara Family on occasion
of the 35th Charter Nite. I am very much excited to have the opportunity to unveil the first issue of TRAC on this
occasion.

I hereby express my vision to make the TRAC more informative, educative and interesting by each edition, which
can be enjoyed by not only JCI fraternity but also anybody else who happens to read it. I wish to thank the Zone
Governing Board, Banjara LOM Board, and sponsors for supporting me to come up with the TRAC.

Have a joyful reading...! Jc Laxminarayan Soni

Editor 2017

The Leaders Speak

My dear JCI members of JCI Banjara Hyderabad,

Greetings from your National President, JCI Sen Ramkumar Menon. It gives me tremendous pleasure to
connect with you through your in-house magazine TRAC. Hearty congratulations to the LOM President
Jc CA Govind Daliya and especially, Editor Jc Laxminarayan Soni, for bringing out this mouthpiece of
your LOM in style.

LOMs are where actions take place. The image of the organisation depends on the projects and activities
conducted by the LOMs in their communities. As responsible active citizens, it is our duty to serve the
community by identifying the pressing problems and providing sustainable solutions. Even when we have
flagship program and other standardised JCI India programs, we need to think and act local.

Ours is an organisation which helps people to unearth their unknown potential, blossom their talents and transform as Leaders. While
some people indeed utilise the opportunities, many do not. Remember that if the members do not get benefit, they will gradually leave
the organisation. The reason to a great extent is 'No hand holding and making them realize their potential'. Proper orientation, making
them participate in JCI Achieve, ensuring their active participation in LOM/Zone/National/ International events and introducing the
mentoring system in the LOM etc… are the solutions.

There are three kinds of people in this world. Those make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what
happened. JCI members belong to the first category of making things happen.

Wish you the very best to create an ever memorable year of high quality performance. As espoused by our ebullient JCI President 2017,
Jc Dawn Hetzel, let us work together to build a better future.

JCI Sen Ramkumar Menon

National President 2017
JCI India

Dear JCI Members,

appreciations to the LOM President. Your LOM is doing good programs and projects.

As Dawn Hetzel, JCI President, stated “I AM JCI, YOU ARE JCI, WE ARE JCI and LET US STRIVE TO BUILD A BETTER
FUTURE.”

With Best wishes,

JCI Senator Prakasha D.
