Event Information

3 Player Scramble Saturday, January 26 – Members sign up in teams of three. Format- Each player
hits a shot and the best shot is selected, each player plays from this place. This is continued until
the ball is holed. HCP is used 50%, 30%, 20% from low to high.

ABCD Mixer Saturday, February 23 (9:00 Shotgun) - Members will sign up individually and will
be paired according to handicaps into teams of four players. Format- Each player tees off. The two
best shots to play are selected. The team will divide into two scramble pairs and play until the balls
are holed. The total score of the two scramble balls is the team score for that hole. The scramble
pairs may change from hole to hole.

Reno Open Saturday, March 9 (am) – Members sign up individually. Format- This event will be
coordinated by Assistant Golf Professional, Alex RENO. Information will be sent within four
weeks of the event date.

Players Option Saturday, March 16 (am) - Normal Saturday golf with an additional option for each
member to choose a player from the 2019 Players Championship. Format – Aggregate total score,
combining the member’s NET and the chosen player’s weekend scores from the Players.

Clinic Week Tuesday, March 19 - Saturday, March 23 - Clinics will be scheduled throughout the
entire week of aerification. The Professional Staff conduct clinics for the Long game, the Short
game, Putting and Course Management. Clinics will be scheduled for Men, Women, Seniors,
Juniors and Couples. Look for complete schedule and details near the end of February.

One Man Scramble Saturday, March 30 (am) – Members sign up individually. Format- Each player
has the option to play a second tee ball and may play two balls on all remaining shots, choosing
the best one until the ball is holed. Prizes are awarded for Gross and Net divisions.

Range Walk Wednesdays, April 3 through September 25 (5:00) - Golf Professionals spend an hour
on the driving range helping members with their swings.

Low Gross/Low Net Saturday, April 6 (am) Normal Saturday golf with an additional option.
Format - Individual stroke play. Prizes are awarded for Gross and Net divisions.

Masters Option Saturday, April 13 (am) - Normal Saturday golf with an additional option for each
member to choose a player from the 2019 Masters Tournament. Format – Aggregate total score,
combining the member’s NET and the chosen player’s weekend scores from the Masters.

Beat the Pro Saturday, April 20, May 25, June 22, July 6, August 10, September 7, October 12 (am)
– Normal Saturday golf with an additional option for each member to challenge their NET score
vs. one of the Golf Professional’s Gross score for the day.

Nine & Dine Friday, April 26; Friday, May 17; Friday, June 28; Friday, July 19; Friday, August 16;
Friday, September 6(5:00 Shotgun) – Members will sign up as a couple. Format – Four person
scramble with handicaps. June 28 is a Member – Guest. Invite your favorite couple.

AB Shootout Saturday, April 27; Saturday, June 29; Saturday, November 2 (pm) – Members will
sign up with a partner. One member may have lower than 8 home course hcp and the other player
must have higher than 8. Format- Teams will play alternate shot. The highest score (or more
depending on size of field) each hole, over nine holes, will be eliminated until there is one team
remaining. Tied highest scores will enter a chip-off, in which the furthest chip from the hole will be
eliminated.

Ladies Afternoon Scramble Thursday, May 4 and Thursday, August 22 (5:00 Shotgun) – Calling all
ladies who like to play golf, ladies who can’t always play during the day and ladies who want to
play with other ladies they may not normally play with. Members sign up individually, teams will
be paired by the professional staff. Scramble format with appetizers and mingling after the round.

2019 Spring Member – Member Saturday & Sunday, May 4 & 5 (am) – Members will sign up with a
partner. Minimum team total home course handicap must equal six or more. Format – 36 hole Four
- Ball. The best score between both players is the team score for that hole. The field will be divided
into flights prior to play. Gross and Net prizes awarded.

Men’s League Thursdays, May 9 through August 8 with scheduled exceptions (5:00 Shotgun) - The
league shall consist of two-man teams competing in an individual match play format to
accumulate Team Points. The league will be split up into two conferences American Golf
Conference and National Golf Conference: Divisions within the conferences shall consist of:
Masters, U.S. Open, British Open and PGA. Additional information coming soon.

Junior Golf Scramble Saturday, May 11, Saturday, August 17 and Saturday, September 14 (2:00
Shotgun) – Junior golfers of all ages will be teamed together to play a six hole scramble.
Parents are encouraged to watch, help transport and assist the professionals.

PGA Championship Option Saturday, May 18 (am) - Normal Saturday golf with an additional
option for each member to choose a player from the 2019 PGA Championship. Format – Aggregate
total score, combining the member’s NET and the chosen player’s weekend scores from the PGA
Championship.

Memorial Day Scramble Monday, May 27 (8:30 Shotgun) – Members sign up in foursomes.
Format – Four person scramble. Breakfast and lunch included. The field will be divided into flights
after the round.

2019 Member-Guest Thursday, Friday & Saturday, June 6– 8 (am Shotgun +) – Members will sign
up with a guest. Format - Teams will be divided, by combined handicap index, into flights of 6
teams. Each team will play five 9-hole Four-ball Matches (Best Net Ball of Two) against the other
five teams in their flight. Each hole will be worth one point with a bonus point available to the
team who wins the most holes (10 points total available per match). Winners of each flight will
participate in an alternate shot shootout to determine the overall champion.

U.S. Open Option Saturday, June 15 (am) - Normal Saturday golf with an additional option for
each member to choose a player from the 2019 U.S. Open. Format – Aggregate total score,
combining the member’s NET and the chosen player’s weekend scores from the U.S. Open.

Fourth of July Scramble Thursday, July 4 (8:30 Shotgun) - Members sign up in foursomes.
Format – Four person scramble. Breakfast and lunch included. The field will be divided into flights
after the round.

2019 Men’s Club Championship Friday, Saturday & Sunday, July 12 - 14 (am) – Male members sign
up individually. Format- 36 holes, individual stroke play. The field will be divided into flights
prior to play. The last flight will be decided by low Net.
The Championship Flight is a 54 hole tournament beginning Friday from the Blue Tees

Open Championship Option Saturday, July 20 (am) - Normal Saturday golf with an additional
option for each member to choose a player from the 2019 British Open. Format – Aggregate total
score, combining the member’s NET and the chosen player’s weekend scores from the British
Open.

2019 Senior Club Championship Saturday & Sunday, July 27 & 28 (am) – Male members, 55 years
old and older, sign up individually. Format- 36 holes, individual stroke play. The field will be
divided into flights prior to play. The last flight will be decided by low Net.

2019 Junior Club Championship Friday, August 2 (am) – Junior members sign up individually.
Format- Individual Stroke play within age divisions. Age divisions will play different number of
holes.

2019 Ladies Club Championship Saturday & Sunday, August 3 & 4 (am) – Female members sign
up individually. Format- 36 holes, individual stroke play. Prizes will be awarded in the Gross and
Net divisions within each flight. Minimum 16 players to divide the field into flights.

4 Person 2 Best Ball Saturday, August 24 (am) - Members sign up in foursomes. Format- Each
player plays his own ball. The team’s score is the total of the lowest TWO Net scores on each hole.

Labor Day Scramble Monday, September 2 (8:30 Shotgun) – Members sign up in foursomes.
Format – Four person scramble. Breakfast and lunch included. The field will be divided into flights
after the round.

Point Quota Saturday, September 21 (am) – Normal Saturday golf with an additional option.
Format – Modified Stableford Point System. Each player is assigned a quota by subtracting their
handicap from 36. Individual stroke play, earning Bogey-1pt, Par-2pts, Birdie-4pts, Eagle-6pts.
Prizes are awarded based on ranking the most over their quota.

2019 Fall Member-Member Saturday & Sunday, September 28 & 29 (am) - Members sign up with a
partner. Minimum team total home course handicap must equal six or more. Format- Nine holes of
four different formats including Scramble, Best Ball, Alternate Shot & Shamble. The field will be
divided into flights prior to play.

One Day Member – Guest Friday, October 4 (1:00 Shotgun) – A member will sign up with a guest.
Format – Select Drive Best Ball. The field will be divided into flights at the completion of the
round. A full day, including lunch and dinner.

Two Person Twist Saturday, October 19 (am) - Members sign up in twosomes. Format- Each
player tees off, Player A will play Player B second shot and vice versa. The third shot and
remaining shots are played in scramble format until the ball is holed.

4th Annual Ray Stevens Charity Classic Monday October 21 (11:00 Shotgun) – Members and
Guests sign up as a foursome. Format – Four player scramble. The event begins Sunday, October
20 with dinner and a Ray Stevens concert.

2019 Clover Cup Saturday & Sunday, October 26 & 27 – 12 Men and 4 Ladies play in a Four way
Inner Club match with Temple Hills, Old Hickory, Bluegrass and Foxland Harbor. Players will
earn their way into the match by dollars earned in certain events throughout our 2019 season.
Bluegrass is the host club.

Goose’s Revenge Saturday, November 16 (am) – Members sign up individually. The hole
placements and tee set up will be as difficult as Temple Hills can play. Format - Individual stroke
play. Prizes are awarded for Gross and Net divisions as well as a bonus pool including Beat the
Pro, Closest to the Hole and Fewest Putts. All players will play from the “Revenge” tee boxes.

2019 Holiday and Awards Banquet Wednesday, December 4 (6:00-9:00pm) – This event is open to
all members of the club. The evening includes cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres, 2019 Golf
Awards presentation and dancing to DJ Louis.

Two Club Tournament Saturday, December 7 (am) – Members sign up individually. Format –
Stroke Play Gross and Net. Players will only use two clubs. Prizes are awarded for Gross and Net
divisions as well as a bonus pool including Beat the Pro, Closest to the Hole and Fewest Putts. All
players will play from the “Revenge” tee boxes

The Match Play Tournament will begin in April. Winners MUST play a match each month. There
will be a Men’s Championship tournament, playing the Blue Tees, a Men’s Tournament, playing
the White Tees, a Senior Championship, playing the Gold Tees and a Ladies’ Championship
playing from the Green Tees. All winners from the Men’s tournaments will play a Final Four to
determine a Grand Champion. This is a handicap tournament, the difference between the
opponents handicap will be given to the higher handicap player on the highest rated holes
according to the scorecard. The revisions on the 1st of each month will be used for each match.
