About Us

AXIS is leading manufacturer and exporter of electrical components
used in Electrical Transmission & Distribution industry. Established
under the leadership of Mr. Kanderp Khandwala and Mr. Nimish Taterh
in 1994, AXIS has become a well-known brand amongst OEMs, EPC
companies and Government Utilities in the International and Indian
market. AXIS has worked hard to diversify its customer base within the
Domestic and International markets through its ability to offer
engineering solutions in a competitive landscape.

Global reach

AXIS has a global reach with supplies to more than 80 Countries and
more than 7000 Customers world-wide. We are proud to be a major
contributor in LT / AB Cable accessories segment for Rural Electrification
projects across India with approvals in more than 30 Government
Utilities. The product portfolio includes other products like Cable Lugs and
Connectors, Earthing and Lightning protection system, Pole line hardware.

Manufacturing Facilities

The manufacturing unit spread across more 20,000 sq. ft. for the existing
factory and upcoming facility with more than 1,25,000 sq ft. area
containing State-of-the-Art Machinery.

Axis manufactures more than 3,500 products, in metals and plastics, using a
gamut of manufacturing processes, such as forging, casting, and plastic
moulding, to produce goods as per country specifications around the world.
The manufacturing process adopted at AXIS incorporate technologies that
enable alignment to rapid change in technology and to elevate product
quality while optimizing use of energy and resources. The products are
manufactured in conformance with International standards such as IEC, BS
EN, DIN, UL, IEEE, NFC, REC & Indian Standards for respective product
categories.

The Technical Team at AXIS is responsible for
continuous up gradation in the plant equipment's,
production process and compliance to Quality
Standards resulting into quick adaptation in line with
changing market requirements.

Cable Lugs
& Connectors

Axis manufactures wide range of Lugs and
Connectors sizes ranging from 1.5mm2 -
1200mm2 of Copper, Aluminum & Bimetal.
These products are Compression or Bolted
type. Popular standards such as BSEN, IS &
UL are followed to manufacture and to test
these Connectors.

& Lightning
Protection System

AXIS provides the complete range of
Grounding products in order to achieve
total protection for Structures, Equipment
and the community.
These products are manufactured in
accordance to International standards such

AXIS Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC) fittings
provide high quality, long lasting and safe
solutions for LT distribution networks.
We have supplied these products to major
utilities across the world and our products
are manufactured as per NFC, IEC, BS EN and
IS standards.

Cable
Management
System

AXIS Cable Glands and accessories are
manufactured according to the functional
requirements of IEC 62444 and DIN
standards. AXIS Cable Cleats are
manufactured in accordance with IEC
61914. AXIS Cable Ties can be supplied with
other accessories like Markers, I.D. Tags &
Carriers used in oil refineries, petrochemical
industries and other utilities worldwide.
These cable ties comply to UL-1565 and BS
EN 62275 standards.
