POEM:
Oh, My Weekend!
Saturday, Saturday,
marks a good day,
it’s finally the weekend,
let’s all say hooray!
There’s so much I can do;
I get to watch my favorite shows,
I get to play in the rows,
I get to jump, hum, bump,
oh, such a huge sum!
I can enjoy my day;
nothing would bother my way,
I can hop, stop, flop, all day!

Oh no, here comes Sunday,
the worst of all days,
it marks the end of the weekend,
Mum and Dad would tell me to stay!
There’s so much I have to do,
Mum tells me to
tidy my room, do my homework, and wash
my shoes!
Oh no, daddy, I don’t want to
go to bed early, no more TV, or even get
ready!
They say tomorrow is Monday,
I need to stay!
