· HUD-1 & all applicable Title and Lender HUD-1 addendums, if applicable
· Warranty Deed Fully Executed – must match Vesting on Security Instrument
· Copy of Buyer / Borrower Wire Transfer for Cashier Check for Closing
· Disbursement Ledger
· Seller Payoff if Different Title Company and / or Separate Buyer & Seller HUD-1
· Copy of Buyer or Seller Invoices in excess of $4999.00
