Master Martinsen Mayer partnered with LetsGetChecked, one of the world’s
Vendor / fastest growing MedTech startups, to help them scale their tech team in
order to keep pace with their exponential growth having recently
RPO completed another successful round of funding.

This required Martinsen Mayer to have two dedicated recruiters onsite to
source, interview and co-ordinate the hiring of LetsGetChecked’s latest
batch of technical talent.

The remit was to take ownership of the entire tech recruitment function -
this required us to transform their hiring processes and recruit for a
multitude of roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Mobile,
Product Managers, QA, Design and Security.

Martinsen Mayer filled over 30 engineering positions in a 6 month period.

Master CleverCards provides instant, digital, contactless, fully mobile-enabled
Vendor / payments for any function and Martinsen Mayer partnered with them to
scale their team.
RPO
CleverCards engaged Martinsen Mayer to manage their hiring campaign
to create 30 new jobs, across Ireland, UK and Europe over a six month
period. This expansion saw CleverCards almost triple in size, as it fills
roles across sales & marketing, product development and engineering.

This required Martinsen Mayer take ownership of the whole recruitment
function, implement a ATS (Workable) and two dedicated recruiters off-
site and one dedicated Delivery Manager.
