HAMPTON DELTA FOUNDATION, INC. DEBUTANTE PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Greetings, Welcome to the 19th Annual Hampton Delta Foundation, Inc. Red and White Cotillion. I am Zahra Sandifer, and I am this year’s debutante president. I am not only grateful but delighted that my fellow Deb sisters have allowed me to serve them as their president for this time. Throughout these past months, we have laughed, bonded, and grown closer to each other, making a sister connection in such a short time. None of this would have been possible without the Hampton Delta Foundation and our mentors. To this day, I will never have enough thanks for my mom, who has continued to support me throughout this time, especially with my enrollment in Dual Enrollment Classes to earn my associate’s degree in science from VPCC. She was there during every hardship and breakdown I had. Lastly, before I conclude, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who is sharing in this event with us. Without you all, us girls would not be where we are today. I would also like to thank everyone who donated to make this event possible. Thank you. With gratitude and purpose, Zahra Sandifer Zahra Sandifer 2023-2024 Debutante President Hampton Delta Foundation, Inc. -- 14 --
