Police Modern School मेरा अटिकार, मेरी शक्ति…. जहांगीरपुरा वजलेहापुड की बाि है। गांि मेंसभी लोग िैयार होकर मिदान करनेजा रहेथे। घर सेकु छ ही दू र एक स्कू ल मेंपोवलंग बूथ था। गांि के सभी लोग जो 18 िषडसेऊपर के थेिह मिदान करनेगए। जब सब मिदान कें द्र पहुंचेिो िहां पहलेसेही बहुि भीड थी। सब एक दू सरेसेबाि करनेलगेआज िो लगिा हैपूरा वदन यही खराब हो जाएगा, िभी घनश्याम बोला अरेआज सरकार नेछु ट्टी इसी बाि की िो दी है, वक हम अपनेअवधकार प्रयोग कर सकें। िभी र्ेविर् जो सरकारी िकील था िह बोला हां घनश्याम िुम ठीक कहिेहो यह हमारा अवधकार है, एक िरह सेहमारी शस्तक्त भी है। आज हम जो मिदान करें गेिही हमारा भविष्य वनवश्चि करेगा। हमेंवबना सोचेसमझेकभी भी मिदान नही ंकरना चावहए। अगर हमनेवकसी लालच मेंआकर गलि व्यस्तक्त को चयन कर वलया िो हम 5 साल िक पछिािेही रहेंगे और देश पिा नही ंकहां जाएगा। इसीवलए आज हमेंबहुि सोच समझकर अपना मि दान देना होगा। वकसी लालच मेंनही ंपडना होगा, चाहेहमेंकोई वकिना ही कु छ ना देदेलेवकन हम अपनेमिदान का सही उपयोग करेंगे। िभी एक लंबा चौडा आदमी िहां आया और कहनेलगा यह मेरी पाटी का वनशान है, आप इसी वनशान पर िोट देना। सभी लोग एक साथ वचल्लाए गली-गली मेंशोर हैपुराना नेिा चोर है। अचानक सेएक युिक जो लगभग 35 िषडका था उसनेउस व्यस्तक्त को अपनेपास अलग सेबुलाया और कहा मैंिुम्हेंएक दृश्य वदखाना चाहिा हं। थोडी दू र लेजाकर उसनेस्कू ल के पास जहां मिदान हो रहा था एक बडा सा नाला वदखाया, जहां पर बहुि ही गंदगी थी और सडक िहां की पूरी टू टी हुई थी। िह लडका बोला देख रहेहो भाई यह 5 साल पहलेऐसी ही सडक थी और इस नालेमेंवगरकर दो बच्चों की जान जा चुकी हैपरंिुजब सेयह िुम्हारेनेिा जी आए हैं5 साल मेंयह सडक अभी िक नही ंबनी और ना ही यह नाला बंद वकया गया। आनेिालेसमय मेंयह हादसा मेरेया िुम्हारेवकसी के भी साथ हो सकिा हैपरंिुहमारेभूिपूिडनेिा जी को सडक की यह कमी वदखाई नही ंदी और दोबारा सेिोट मांगने चले। अचानक सेएक बुजुगडजो लगभग 60 िषडके थेिहां सेजा रहेथेऔर उनका पैर सडक के गड्ढेमेंजा पडा। पांि मुडनेके कारण उनके पैर पर बहुि जख्म हो गया और खून भी बहनेलगा। सब नेउनको वमलकर उठाया और एक व्यस्तक्त बोला बाबा देख कर चलिेहैं। िभी बाबा बोलेसही कह रहेहो भैया 5 साल पहलेदेख कर चला होिा िो आज दोबारा सेठोकर ना खानी पडिी। आज मैंअपनेमिदान का सही प्रयोग करके अपना योग्य नेिा ही चुन लूंगा वकसी के बहकािेमेंनही ंआऊं गा। 5 िषडपहलेके मिदान में500 रूपयेलेकर अपना िोट बेच वदया था और उसकी ठोकर अब िक खा रहा हं। जब हम मिदान कें द्र के कक्ष के अंदर गए िो देखा वक िहां, पुवलस नेकडी सुरक्षा का प्रबंध वकया हुआ था। कु छ समय पश्चाि कु छ लोग गाडी भर कर और पोवलंग बूथ मेंजहां मिदान हो रहा था िहां आए और िहां के सभी लोगों को घेर वलया और कहनेलगेयह पेवटयां हमेंदो पर पुवलस की सूझबूझ और सही समय पर वनणडय लेनेसेिह लोग िहां सेर्र कर भाग गए। िह लोग मिदान पेवटयां लेनेआए थेवजससेवक िह पेवटयों मेंबंद मि को बदल सके और अपनेपाटी के नेिा के नाम की पवचडयां र्ाल सकें । उनके जानेके बाद सभी उपस्तस्थि लोगों नेपुवलस के वलए िावलयां बजाई। नियुिक िहां पर वचल्ला रहेथे भारि भाग्य विधािा हं अब िो मैंमिदािा हं। लोगों में प्रसन्निा की लहर दौड पडी और खुशी-खुशी सब ने अपना मिदान वकया। शाम को 5:00 बजेिक सभी नेअपनेमिदान का प्रयोग कर वलया था और खुशी-खुशी अपनेघर की ओर चल वदए और यह सोचनेलगेवक अब िो एक ऐसा नेिा आएगा जो हमारा भविष्य भी सुधरेगा और हमारेदेश की को अच्छेमागडपर लेजाएगा। वनहाररका ढल कक्षा 10

UNO celebrates 20th November as child's right day but pays blind eye to the small children polishing boots, working as coolie in railway stations.
