This booklet will help you in understanding our policies and procedures which have been developed
with our nearly three decades’ experience. We urge you to kindly go through the text and follow the

1. All optional work/modifications will be executed upon receiving written approval and realization
of payment from the customer, without which the design/layout of the apartment will be according to
the standard specifications.
2. In order to ensure timely handover and to accelerate the construction process, bti is unable to
address any request for optional work/modifications after the specified deadline.
3. Upon receiving the approval of optional work/modification work and payment from the
customer, our Customer Service Department (CSD) will send the optional approval to the Site Office for
prompt execution.
4. Customers’ are kindly requested to make an appointment for joint site visits in order to change
or modify the standard design/layout of the apartment.
5. Customers’ are most welcome to consult designers and technicians at bti for interior solution.
Our team will provide all necessary services according to owners’ requirements.
