It must be a great feeling to know that your
hard work has been noticed. What’s even
more exciting is that you are a few steps
closer to landing your dream job.

You are doing everything you can to stand
out as the top candidate. You have
researched the company, studied the core
values, rewritten your introduction pitch
several times, and even rehearsed your
answers to some behavioral questions. Just
when you think you are all finished prepar-
ing for your interview, you ask yourself,

“What am I going to wear?”

Do not panic!

After reading this guide, you will be able
to:

• Determine which type of suit is best for
the interview.

• Select appropriate colors to wear.
• Take a deep breath and relax before the

conservative and classic. You can wear a blue,

Women’s Attire

You have a lot of options when deciding what
to wear. I suggest when in doubt, stay in the
safe, conservative zone. Stick with gray or
black when selecting a dress or suit. Women
have options to wear
dresses (knee length),
skirt suits, and pant
suits. If you do not
have a blazer, wear a
solid color blouse. You
should complete your
look with heels or flats.
Keep your jewelry to a
minium. Try limiting your accessories to just
studs, a necklace, watch, and a ring.
